The Way I Used to Be

I haven’t read the book but I wasn’t happy with the condition it came in. Anyway I don’t have the time to send it back lol. I haven’t read the book yet but apparently it’s sad. So if you want to drench yourself in tears like I do every night, be my guest and read it :)

this follows the realistic journey of teen life through a particular strong girl’s perspective. it represents SA so well and how it impacts each and every aspect of one’s life.i am a 14 year old female who has also struggled with issues to the likes of Eden, and this made me feel heard and understood. even if you can’t relate to it, you will find comfort in this book, i assure you.it is so easy to read and follow, i literally read it in 4 hours. it’s making me want to read it again and again.definitely would recommend but please check the trigger warnings first as it is a very heavy and sensitive topic that the book is based around.

I bought this book as it was on my list for books I found I might enjoy. One of the best well written books I’ve ever read.very deep and heart touching, I read it in 2 and a half days and enjoyed every part of it. Definitely recommend to anyone that is interested,you will not regret it!!

I would sell my soul to read it all over again.

Really good book loved the story line

This book was spectacular. It will break your heart and take you on Eden's journey along with her.I felt so angry for her, so upset for her, so heartbroken for her. You just want her to be happy.I thought the writing was beautiful and the story was unforgettable. I've already recommended it to a bunch of friends.P.S I love Josh Miller

The Way I Used To Be tells the story of one girl who is sexually assaulted and the ripple effect it has on her life over the following years. This was so well covered and leaves you thinking about it long after you have finished reading it.
