A top-of-the-line cutting board that's large enough for any task. Made of gorgeous acacia hardwood, this board is functional and beautiful. Unlike traditionally made boards, end Grain construction is less dulling to cutlery because the wood grain direction accommodates cutting instead of resisting it. This multi-functional board serves as a prep station, cutting and serving board to satisfy all your kitchen-needs. Decorative functionality at its finest. **Use & care** wash Ironwood products in warm, soapy water and thoroughly rinse with clean water. Do not soak. To dry, Prop up off of counter to allow all surfaces to air dry evenly. Wood products should never be washed in the dishwasher. After drying, rejuvenate and protect the wood by rubbing it down with Ironwood butcher Block oil. Apply the oil liberally and allow it to soak in thoroughly before use. Regular application of our butcher Block oil will prevent cracking and preserve the rich natural colors of the wood.

𝗗𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: 4/5 While it has picked up some scratch marks from my knife, they are purely cosmetic, I ran my hand across the board right after taking the photo attached to this review and there are, somehow, NO grooves, the scratches have ZERO depth, it's purely discoloration, the board is basically as good as new, no chips, grooves, cracks, or anything, I've even dropped it once, after applying mineral oil to it, and there was no issues. 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻: Buy this cutting board, you won't regret it

I absolutely adore this Ironwood Gourmet square cutting board. It’s beautiful and adds such a nice touch to my kitchen. The wood grain is gorgeous and it feels very solid and well made. It’s not just pretty, it also works like a charm for everyday food prep. The surface is smooth, sturdy, and a great size for chopping or serving.
