I love this supplement because it is affordable, clean and comes with so many supplements! It is easy to swallow because it is not that big either. I have definitely seen an improvement in my overall health.

So this is a bit unusual, as I originally bought these B-complex capsules for use in homemade cat food, then used them myself. (I am a human, for context.) CAT REVIEW: The amount of B vitamins recommended in the cat food recipe was very small, only one capsule for each approximately 3 pounds of poultry. I chose this brand specifically because of the form the vitamins are in. They are a fine, yellow powder that is held together by two capsule halves, so the capsule is easy to break open and dissolve into a vitamin/fish oil/broth slurry to be mixed into the chicken. The powder has a starchy vegetable-like odor and taste that is noticeable, but not extremely strong until it's out of the capsule. My cats, unfortunately, would not touch the homemade food once the vitamin/fish oil slurry was mixed in with the chicken, and I wonder if it is because of the strong odor/smell of the B-vitamin powder. My advice if you are using this to make cat food would be to use only half a capsule per 3-4 lbs of meat or one capsule for every approximately 6 lbs of meat. HUMAN REVIEW: Having failed my cat food experiment and being too lazy to tear up another whole chicken to try again, I relegated the B-Vitamin Complex to my own medicine cabinet so it wouldn't go to waste. I took one capsule a day for about a week. Pros: It did actually give me a slight energy boost. Cons: I now have "why is my pee neon yellow" in my search history. I also had very slight stomach cramps that whole week. So at least that's a sign that these things are actually POTENT and contain real B vitamins. Maybe a little too potent. But seeing as this brand has proven themselves to carry the real deal and not just floor sweepings from the vitamin factory slapped into a capsule (I'm joking, I hope), I was actually inspired to make a purchase of Solgar's B6 (pyridoxine HCl) 100 mg. I don't really need the other B-vitamins in the complex, and clearly it was one of them that was the culprit for the bright yellow pee and stomach cramps since I haven't had that problem since I switched over.

Quality, packaged for freshness, easy to take form and has the B - vitamins that I was looking for.

Very good supplement. Years ago I was using another vitamin store brand of B-50 complex and I switched to Solgar B-Complex 50, I feel it made a difference and even showed up in the lab work.
