There's no way for me to know if this is doing its job or not. I am skeptical of vitamins and homeopathy. I took these to alleviate my anxiety (emotional control) and also to increase my energy levels, as a friend of mines swore to me it works, since I dislike the side effects of all psychiatric medicine for anxiety. I have noticed this B-Complex blend make me a bit tired, perhaps because of the Magnesium contained in this mix - for that reason, it doesn't give me the energy boost that B-Complex is hyped around for, didn't work for me at all in terms of energy. As far as my anxiety goes, I thought I was doing well with this, or perhaps it's just placebo - no way of knowing really, I did recently have a spell of anger related to my anxiety while on these.

I love my supplements in tablet forms so I can break them in half since I can't tolerate strong dose at once. I've been taking these for about 4 years now and can tell a difference when I forget to take it even though its only half a tablet.

fast delivery. Unfortunately I am very sensitive to supplements, and after 3 days had to stop taking the b-complex stress formula. No harm... it's not uncommon for folks to feel effects from b vitamins. I passed them on to my son. After much research, I chose Solgar as they are made here in USA (NJ). I just purchased their D3 supplement.

I used to take these everyday until I discovered that the B12 is not the most absorbable form and the folic acid isn't either. If you are wondering, it's methylcobalamin that you need and the right type of folic acid is methylfolate (found as folacin, quatre-folic etc.) Many people have a MTHFR deficiency meaning that they cannot absorb folic acid properly unless it is in these forms along with methylcobalamin. Only discovered this through a 23andme health report, it's thought that 10% of the population have it. Symptoms including lethargy, anxiety through to neural issues. Avoiding synthetic folic acid is thought to be important as it impedes the body's methylation process. If you look at some products in the supermarket such as bread and substitute butters, some have folic acid added to give the appearance of being healthy. I hope that Solgar will get up to speed on this as demand for it is gathering pace. I have to buy the folacin and methylcobalmin and b vitamins separately now and feel a lot better. Other companies do manufacture a B complex with the right type of B12, B6 (P-5-P) and folacin, so I'm buying those as I need the whole spectrum of B vits.

As a Gemini, who for some strange reason often seem to suffer with insomnia- I certainly did! I had even in the past resorted to mild sleeping tablets occasionally, but didn't like the sluggish feeling I got next day. I did some research online and found that certain vitamins and minerals can help, including Vitamin B. This is a fantastic B complex- the best I've tried. My problem was that I couldn't switch off, but these are brilliant, and I have a normal sleeping pattern now.
