I bought this leg massager based on recommendation from my physical therapist to help recovery as I train for a marathon later this year. It really helps with my circulation after long runs and it pumps the lactic acid out of my leg muscles. I can see why people swear by these. I'm about 5'5" and the small size fits me fine. The pump, AC adaptor, and leg cuffs fit nicely in a zipper bag for transport. Everything is very well made, easy to assemble, and straightforward to use. Due to the compact size of the carry bag, it's sometimes a challenge to fold the leg cuffs in order to get everything to fit, but it's not too difficult. Wireless operation is nice to have so you don't need to be tethered to a wall outlet. Overall operation is pretty quiet and didn't bother me while watching TV or reading a book. It's nice to either use one of the programs, or manually adjust the zone and intensity. I usually just use the program and let it go for 30 mins. Overall, very happy with it. I definitely see an improvement in recovery time from soreness after my long runs. I haven't tested how many sessions I can get out of one full charge, but it's really easy to just plug in the control unit after each use, so I don't have to worry about running out of juice.

Useful and professional
This professional leg restoration massager, it inflates and deflates the sleeves in turn to create circulating pressure on the legs. It can promote blood circulation, lymph drainage, and lymphedema. It is especially suitable for use after high-intensity training in the gym. It can allow you to relax your entire body. In addition, it is wireless and equipped with a 2500 mAh air pump controller long bracket battery, which is very convenient to carry. It can be used continuously for two to 4 hours after full charge. It also comes with a special travel bag that you can use anytime, anywhere. In addition, it has 12 powerful devices and adjustable timers that you can switch at any time. There are 3 modes to choose from, which is very convenient and practical. It also designed to divide 4 areas for leg restoration, which is very considerate and meticulous. It is not only aimed at athletes, but also available to all normal people. It allows you to enjoy the great square pine at home, anywhere and at any time. This is really a very powerful professional device, with a very perfect experience, and is also very easy to operate, especially worth buying!

Good to use
Amazing Recovery Tool! Highly Recommend! I recently purchased the QUINEAR Air Compression Recovery System (QH390A-S) and I’m super happy with it! The packaging was neat and everything came well organized in a portable carrying case. The user manual is clear and easy to follow, so setting it up was quick. The control unit is very intuitive — I love the clear display and how easy it is to adjust the settings and zones. The boots fit comfortably (I got a Small and it’s perfect for me). Once you put them on, you can really feel the air compression working — it’s great for muscle relaxation and improving leg circulation after long workouts or standing for hours. The build quality feels premium, and the wireless design makes it so convenient to use anywhere. Overall, this recovery system is a game changer for anyone looking to recover faster and reduce muscle soreness. Highly recommended!

Relaxing, Effective, Cordless
I purchased the Leg Recovery System for my parents, and they’ve absolutely loved using it. The cordless design with a strong built-in battery allows them to enjoy full-leg compression therapy without being restricted to one spot in the house. With four air chambers and coverage that includes the knees, the boots deliver a thorough and relaxing massage that has helped them relieve muscle fatigue and improve circulation, especially after long days of standing or walking. The adjustable timer, multiple pressure intensity levels, and three massage modes give them the flexibility to customize each session to their comfort. What really impressed us was the targeted zone function, which lets them focus on specific areas like the feet, calves, or thighs depending on where they feel the most tension. The system is user-friendly and comes with a convenient travel bag, which adds to its portability. My parents have found it incredibly effective for promoting relaxation and easing soreness, and they now use it regularly as part of their wellness routine. Overall, this has been a thoughtful and worthwhile purchase that has made a real difference in their comfort and recovery.

Kind of big on me, but work great!
I’ve been using this leg air compression massager for a few weeks now, and I’m seriously impressed. I’ve bought others before for my line of work. It does an amazing job at relieving pain and soreness, especially after long days on my feet. The massage quality is solid—it feels like a deep, rhythmic squeeze that really helps with circulation and muscle tension. I can actually feel the difference in how my legs feel afterward, much lighter and less achy. The controls are super easy to use, and there are plenty of settings to customize the intensity and massage style. The heat feature is a nice touch, warming up just enough to add extra relaxation without feeling too hot. I love that I can switch between different compression levels depending on how sore my legs are that day. Overall, it’s been a great addition to my routine, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone dealing with leg fatigue or discomfort.

Sizing is inaccurate
This was mentioned in a previous review (and I should’ve listened) but the medium is shorter than suggested. I’ll be returning for the large. Our family is not very tall, considering the height suggestions. Our household operators of this compression device are 5ft 6in, 5ft 7in, and 5ft 10in tall. These legs are too short for the 5ft6in person. Same for 5ft 7in person. The 5ft 10in person has not tried them yet, but I’m certain they’ll be too short. The length for the shorter of 3 people stops mid thighs. The compression holds tight around that area but it doesn’t feel as effective as if they went all the way up. Instead of the “upper” thigh, it’s more like a little higher than upper knee. We’ve had normatechs and I think these legs are about the same durability. The zipper feels lower quality but that’s the only real difference. It’s quieter than the NT brand. I appreciate the screen clarity and ability to plug in or take battery powered for long car rides after my oldest child’s ice hockey games. (The primary reason for this purchase- sports recovery) If you’ve used something like this before, you know that they do have the ability to slide down a bit as they inflate and deflate. I am accounting for that when I say the measurement is off. It’s not uncommon for me to have to shift normatechs up my leg and reposition. So, that was considered before commenting on the length.

Support went above and beyond!
4/1/25 update: I was truly impressed by the care and attention that the support staff provided. They did indeed provide me with something that I didn't know was absolutely what I needed. I happened to go to my podiatrist 4/1 and he pointed out that while a leg massager would be helpful but, because of my condition, adding heat would help a great deal. This shows that they actually read and listened to what I said. That's something that is missing in lots of support departments - KUDOS! 3/22/25 upadate: I was contacted by the manufacturer, and they said all the right things including "To express our apology, we would like to re-send you a full leg massager with heat for free, in the hope that it will bring you some warmth in the cold. And the remote control is small and easy to use." Will see if this actually happens. If it doesn't, it is, at the least, very cruel way to toy with someone who is in pain. First, the legs are not the same. One does not compress as much, I’m using a small and wear youth braces normally. Makes huge difference – I have severe Rynaud’s phenomenon and neuropathy. Even when battery looks charged, it’s not. Won’t even turn on. (Meaning that my hands can't successfully press the button in on their own!) It needs to be turned on as soon as the battery is charged. No, you can not run it again until the battery has recharged. The battery is huge and combersome. The large cords can not be unclipped by arthritic hands – I live alone! (Save a cat, whose fur jumps to the FAT BLACK cords if he even walks by!!!!). Not worth the money. The ONLY thing that is good is that you no longer have to sit close to a wall socket when using!

Best prime day money spent!
This was my Prime Day BEST buy ever!! This is my new favorite night time routine! Winding down with a relaxing massage with the compression boots The cordless design means I can lounge anywhere—on the couch, in bed, or even on the patio without being tethered to an outlet. The battery will allow several hours of use before recharging. The boots offer multiple compression levels and modes, allowing me to customize each session to my needs. It's like giving my legs a massage and my ankles, calfs and thighs feel less achy and swollen. The materials feels very durable and comfortable against the skin. They might look a bit bulky, the relief they provide is well worth it. The pump is so quiet that I have dosed off while relaxing. I did contact customer support about sizing issue with a rapid response. A prime day deal well worth it!
