Recently diagnosed with plantar fasciitis, I was in immense pain around my heel and the base of one toe on my foot. A few physio sessions were worthwhile, as I learnt how to stretch my sore foot out, but this had no lasting effect. I was recommended insoles which were about £40, but they are only helping a bit. It was becoming a serious problem and I was limping constantly. I googled these compression socks and thought Id give them a go as they were only about £12. Its a bit weird to wear what feels like two pairs of socks, but there's no toes in them and they're quite thin so were ok to wear. Part of my problem is I have narrow feet, so they actually helped fill out my work boots a bit more, which was handy. I've worn them non stop for about 2 weeks now, and the difference is amazing. They are tight, but that's how they work, they seem to hold in and support the heel which takes away the pain. I do take them off at night though as to wear them 24 7 couldn't be good for you as they are tight on the skin. Fair to say I will be using them for the foreseeable, and no doubt buying extra pairs as they wear out or get loosened by frequent washing. So far, so good. A worthwhile purchase, inexpensive, use with special insoles too to get maximum effect. The simplest solutions really are the best sometimes. Definitely recommended.

Purchased two sizes due to reviews, needed the large which fit except the front moves under instep of foot instead of full foot minus toe area. Perhaps they need to be be longer in this area of size 7 normal feel. The small are too restrictive so unable to use. Some of the reviews appear to misleading on which size to order. My feet are size 7 shoe, not wide or narrow fit just normal. If you have a "skinny" foot and find some off the shelf shoes too baggy go for the next small size down other than that go for your shoe size. They do support the foot well, comfortable and not too much strength needed to get them on. Not as bad as compression tights if you have had them from hospital. Would recommend if you are in a job where you are on your feet all day as they stop the leg ache, if you sit all day they may help with swelling round ankle. I did leave them on for one night in bed but ended up taking them off early morning as felt there would then be no benefit in the day when I needed them. I have had plantar fasciitis in the past and purchased the "boot" this item would have been great had I had it then I had a residual numbness down the outerside of my right foot which did disappear after wearing the large size for just over a week. The support is a relief around the whole foot area and would recommend to anyone who suffers with tired feet or even aching leg syndrome. So far cannot comment on whether they will get "baggy" as only needed to use them for over a week, but nice to know should I suffer with aches and pains in that area they are at hand. I have only scored 4 star for comfort due to riding up of front end of sock although it wasn't causing pain feel that the sock needs to cover all the foot bar toe digits.

These definitely help my heel pain, I was wearing them for a week and could go without for a few days before the pain returned, did shrink after I had put them in the dryer but the ones I just washed and left to dry were fine

I didn't expect these socks to work so quickly or so well. Although difficult to get on when legs are swollen it is well worth persevering. I admit that the first time I gave up in frustration, but with some moisturiser and some help, (it's how they put them on at the hospital), and they were finally on. Within a short time the pain had eased and the swelling had gone down, mostly gone now. (Rest and feet up is really important too). Worth every penny, they helped so much. Thankyou.

I brought these for my Mum who suffers from swollen ankles due to medication. She told me how comfortable they are, fit so well, she doesn't feel like she has them on. Great socks, would recommend.

Gekocht voor mijn werk, waar ik heb weinig beweeg. Comfortabele sokken. Ik ben tevreden.Bij een van de recensies gezien dat persoon ging ze nachts gebruiken. Echter deze sokken juist overdag moeten gebruikt worden (5-8 uur) en 's nachts moeten wel ze uit.

Ik had ze 's nachts aangedaan, omdat mijn voeten dan zo raar voelen. Ik had de grootste maat (hoewel er geen maat stond bij de bestel-page, maar ik kreeg L/XL en neem aan dat dat de grootste maat is), maar 's ochtends waren mijn hele onderbenen (net boven de enkel, waar de sok ophoudt) afgekneld en rood.Dus ik durf ze eigenlijk niet meer te dragen.Wel nog 2 sterren voor het prima materiaal.

Soy una persona desconfiada en estos productos pero por mi trabajo que paso 12 a 13 horas de pie y andando , terminaba con mis pies reventado y muy cansado hasta las piernas y tambien me notaba las cervicales sobrecargadas........tengo un espolon calcaico en el pie izquiero que duele sobre todo en los cambios de estaciones sobre todo y tambien fascitis plantar. Me recomendaron agua fria y agua caliente para ayudar a la circuacion y sobre todo al descanso de la musculatura, pues bien estos calcetines me estan ayudando muchisimo en el trabajo y puedo decir que no te quita la fascitis plantar y el espolon, vamos hasta ahi , porque vamos seria ya el milagro pero si os digo que ayuda notablemente que a mi me ha cambiado la vida y me los tengo siempre puestos , te deja marcada sus micro perforaciones y eso por lo visto hace que tu riego sanguineo mejore.......ahora busco unas medias altas de compresion que ayuden a los gemelos para que ambas cosas me ayuden aun mas y os puedo decir que ayudan bastante...........lo recomiendo 100% y el vendedor muy atento.............y os digo que soy muy critico en muchas ocasiones...............esta marca extranjera me parece increible.
