Worst purchase ever – avoid this product and seller
Bought on Amazon UAE. The blacks in some areas of the screen look like washed-out greys — the dark colors are completely uneven. After just three weeks of use (no hits, no accidents), a full vertical line of green pixels appeared on the screen. I contacted customer service — total pain to deal with — and they told me that even though I bought it on Amazon UAE, the product was sourced from outside the country. So despite being less than a month old, I have to pay for the repair. Absolutely the worst purchase I’ve ever made. Do not buy this product, and definitely avoid this seller.

If you’re looking for a great TV to watch movies and shows, this one’s a fantastic option. The Crystal UHD processor makes HD content look sharp and vibrant, and the super slim design adds a touch of premium style to any room. The new, smaller remote is convenient, and if you pair the TV with a Q series soundbar using the Q Symphony feature, the audio experience gets even better. The built-in speakers are good, but a soundbar really elevates things. Just keep in mind, you’ll need a Samsung account to finish the setup.
