SamaN SAM-310-8 8-Ounce Interior Stain for Fine Wood for Seal, Stain and Varnish, Coffee

Got this to refinish an "orange" pine desk that was built for me by my father 20+ years ago. I wanted to try this stain+poly on an unprepped desktop...meaning no sanding at all. The desk was originally just polyurethane on pine. Turned super orange over the years, and has worn thin in spots. All I did was clean the desktop with distilled water, and then apply this Saman product with a cheap "10 for $1" kitchen sponge. I used the "coffee" color. I applied thin layers, about once an hour, for a total of about 6 thin coats of the stain+poly. It turned out way better than expected. Wood grain shows through. I love it. It's a hair tacky for a few days, but so is all poly, in my experience. I put my computer and monitor on it only after about 12 hours of dry time and nothing stuck to it or left any marks. This is one of the best products to update old furniture with minimal effort or cost. $10 and my desk looks like it will last another 20 years.

Delivered fast. very small can. I ordered Coffee & what I got is grey looking colour that dries very dark brown! I only did one coat and it looks really dark. a lil disappointed, all the detail work that I did on the board is now covered. it dries up really fast!!

Holy smoke they are small. Probably my mistake, I'm terrible at sizing. No matter, they'll do the job.

Loved using this product. It was easy to use and I did not need to sand the piece of furniture prior to staining it. Ends result was beautiful.

I sanded a little too rough I'm assuming at first so it made it look patchy and dirty, but I used the stain on the rest without sanding and it looks flawless, good color, easy to use, good value. Will purchase again.
