Bought this for my son, he loves it. He was able to pick up a lot of tricks on it very quickly. Eventually, he wanted to move to non-responsive. Doing to was a simple bearing replacement, it took all of 30 seconds.The strings don't last forever, he goes through one a week or so just using it casually to fidget with. As he gets more experienced, though, they last longer and he doesn't get them twisted and frayed as quickly.If you're looking for a cheap way to see if this is a hobby you or your kids are interested in, this is a perfect one to start with.

I got this for my brothers 10th birthday. The little caps on the end fell of and don’t stay very well, but that’s probably because he was rough with it. It’s awesome how it’s got so many replacement strings and instructions on how to tie it the correct length. It very smooth and sleeps extremely well.

My 7 year old son has ADHD and he loves to fidget with stuff. A few weeks ago we discovered someone on YouTube that makes videos of yoyo tricks and he has been obsessed with wanting a yoyo since then. This comes with a case, extra bearings, and tons of extra strings. We were able to trim the string to match his height and he is so happy with it! It’s great for a beginner. He has played with it every minute he possibly can since we received it.

As Bob Barker would say, The Price is Right on this little yo-yo.I bought this for my 6 year old who suddenly wanted to walk the dog. I was excited until I learned he meant with a yo-yo.This is priced right and is better than a cheap yo-yo, since you can adjust the string for the height of the user. The strings included are true yo-yo strings (google it) that allow for doing tricks. I like that there are a lot of strings included.All in all, it made a great Christmas present. My son played with it for a couple of weeks. Now I'm not sure he even knows where it is at. But, at the price I paid and the quality of the product (that will work again when he finds it), I am super happy with this purchase.

Lately it seems amazon has been inundated with poor quality imports. A search for any common item usually yields a slew of products from no-name brands at rock-bottom prices and having "questionable" workmanship, to put it politely. Despite my apprehension, this seemed to be one of the few glow-in-the-dark yoyos available. The sleep time is typical of a responsive yoyo, about a minute at best. Some thin lube helped a bit. It takes a strong light and some time to charge the glow effect, but it will glow pretty well. Unlike my older yoyos, the bearing is actually press-fit onto the shaft, so it might be tough to swap it out for a different bearing. The yoyo itself is very well balanced, and it's almost hard to tell how fast it's spinning. So far I haven't had my string get stuck between the bearing and the sides of the yoyo as others have, but I will update the review if I have any such problems.Update: I eventually got the bearing out, but using a different bearing the string would often get stuck. Works fine with the original bearing though. I've noticed that it's on the less-responsive side for a responsive yoyo, which I don't mind, but it might be difficult for some users. While it's about the same weight as my YYJ classic, it feels much lighter.

Works great for my 7 year old. It definitely hit the floor a few times. The only complaint is that the font size of the instructions was way too small.

Beautiful product. I grew up with wooden yo-yos. I purchased these for my husband & brother and it took them back to their childhood days. I even take a minute to reflect on my youth and practice yo-yoing

Es un poco más pequeño de lo que imaginaba pero al al final de cuentas creo que tiene el tamaño justo para un Yoyo, los materiales se sienten de buena calidad, en si el yoyo se ve y funciona de manera excelente, creo que es una buena compra y no está nada caro para lo que es, aparte viene con sus accesorios que hacen que valga más la pena

The yo-yo is a bit of a joke. Paying $17 for a piece of hard plastic that doesn’t even glow... The strings are flimsy and the yo-yo doesn’t seem well balanced so it’s always tipping over. Definitely an intermediate level not a beginner. Disappointed we now have yo buy another one…
