As a professional hairstylist I was looking for something fast, lightweight and that wouldn’t cost me a weeks worth of work. This blowdryer is amazing! It gets very hot and I love how it has three heat settings plus the cold air option. This product has cut my drying time almost in half. If I had any complaints it would be that one- cord is a little short for a professional salon setting but with an extension I’ve made it work and two- it’s definitely not meant for a left handed person the way the buttons are positioned. Overall I would buy this again to use in my own home.

Edit: Customer service reached out to me after seeing my review and promptly sent a replacement. The email communication was friendly and very helpful, I was impressed with all communications. I am changing my rating to a 5 star because this hair dryer really is awesome- the quietness, power and light weight features can’t be beat.I loved this hair dryer for the first 3 months, it’s light and quiet. Unfortunately the dryer heating element no longer works. The ‘window’ for product support is no longer available. For that amount of money I would have expected a longer life from a blow dryer that is only used 4 days a week on short hair. Spend your money elsewhere.

When I first received this dryer I was really excited because it is nice and light, the power was substantial and I like the multiple heating and air force options. Upon 2nd use the heating element went out and it only blows room temperature air. Really disappointing for the price I paid for it. It's on it's way back to Amazon now.

So my hairdresser has one like this style, the professional version ($300). I wanted one but not at that price. I found this as a suitable cost effective version and WOW I’m impressed. I was using the old school raygun clunky version. Heavy, buttons in the wrong place and very loud. This one is lightweight, quieter and the difference in drying is crazy. My hair is dried not blown into oblivion. The attachments are magnetic, the back filter is magnetic as well. I have to use the diffuser, I have very curly hair, and this is just amazing. It keeps my curls coiled and doesn’t separate them giving me IT style hair. I was hesitant to spend the money but glad I did. I don’t dry my hair every day but this is just an amazing difference when I do have to dry it. Get one! I got the blue one. Very happy :)

**UPDATE**Still, two months later and I am still amazed at the quality that this hair dryer gives!!Let me start by saying that this blow dryer has blown my mind. What use to take me 20 minutes to dry may hair has now cut it down to 8-10 minutes. The number of settings that it has for heat, air flow, cool setting that you don't have to keep the button pushed down on this one, Major plus! I have had my old professional dryer for 10 years. She is bulky and heavy, but she got the job done...... Or so I was telling myself. I love the light weight, small sleekness that fits into just about any purse women use. The attachments just add to the perfect product rolled into one. Buy it, you will not be disappointed.
