Purchased this after trying the original yoghurt starter. The Kefir worked well, great taste. Would recommend

Makes good soy yogurt.
Happy to use it for making kefir with soy milk. Keep it by a radiator and ready within a day. Reasonably priced. Maybe a sachet is for less than a litter carton. In any case, highly recommended.
