This is by far the nicest neck knife in its category.
The Kizer Groom Fixed Blade Neck Knife is an outstanding everyday carry option, especially for those who appreciate compact, high-quality blades. The micarta scales provide a fantastic grip, and the textured finish ensures secure handling even in wet conditions. The knife feels incredibly sturdy for its size, and the d2 steel blade holds an edge well while being easy to maintain. What I love most:✔ Perfect size for a neck knife—lightweight yet capable✔ Micarta handles age beautifully and offer great ergonomics✔ Razor-sharp out of the box with a versatile drop-point design✔ Secure sheath with multiple carry options (neck, belt, or horizontal)The only reasons I’m not giving it a full 5/5:➖ The sheath retention is a little tight at first (though it loosens up over time)➖ The stock paracord could be better quality but is functional and could easily replaced.Overall, this is a fantastic value for the price, and Kizer nailed the balance between functionality and portability. If you need a reliable, no-nonsense fixed blade for everyday tasks, the Groom is an excellent choice. Highly recommended and Amazon has the lowest price by far ( I also ordered the carbon fiber version )

Very happy with this knife
Hell yeah, I liked this knife enough to have to leave a review. It's my first kizer knife, I used to collect knives years ago but just getting back into it, and I'm shocked at the quality of some of these knives at the low price they are. I was trying to find a small EDC with a decent cutting blade, this thing is exactly what I hoped it would be. Better actually, the knife and the sheath both are higher quality than I anticipated, the scales look like a cool kinda carbon fiber, and they even included a spare set of scales more jet black and a little better grip. Knife feels very comfortable to be able to put my weight behind with my men's medium hands, and I bet for a little larger hands as well. I might have to bump it up a tier and get another knife, I can feel the addiction coming back, arrrggghhhhhhhhhh

Great for small hands
Great for small hands not ideal for large or XL hands.Quality looks and feels great.Only disappointment is that the top finger grove is very close to the blade edge with nothing preventing your index finger to get cut. My natural hand positions wants to go there but it’s too risky

Great, light duty carry
Great quality (like all kizer blades) and surprising good handling, considering how small it is. Super slicey and well built for simple, light duty, daily tasks.

Super small, more adolescent sized.
Very small handle, thin. Looks like it has a ton of potential. Blade was not sharp by any standard, I am returning the knife. Overall disappointed but, like I said it does have potential. Up the size, delaminate the steel, and actually sharpen it. Then, make the clip easily attachable, and able to mount for left or right, vertical or horizontal.
