Only thing that has helped reduce my pregnancy snoring! Can breathe better at night, doesnt get rid of it completely but does help massively! Found the beige ones didnt work for me at all they didnt stick but the clear ones are great. Bit pricey but worth it for me as i know i wont be buying them forever

After waking in the night because of a blocked nose due to swollen sinuses, I reached for these out of desperation and to avoid taking nasal spray.Worked a treat.A little fiddly to put on but worth it for what it delivered. The bridge of my nose was a little sore the following day but was ok pretty quickly. This might be better with more practice. I had the smaller size - be careful which size you pick as going too big would be an issue.A little pricey but I don’t use them every day so I don’t mind.

I love how affective these are as I’ve always had trouble breathing through my nose, especially at night. They are comfortable but can feel somewhat uncomfortable to take off. However that shows the quality of security and knowing it won’t just fall off in your sleep. I use these more often than once at night because of how effective it is at aiding better breathing. Having smaller facial features hasn’t stopped these from working and are still a good size and I get good use out of them.For my use personally, I do run through a pack fairly quickly (less than a week) and £4.70 can add up quickly. Nonetheless I think they are definitely worth the money!

Not as good as others I've used. They aren't staying on for the duration of the night and for some reason feel more itchy/irritating than others. Won't use these again unfortunately.

They do work by opening your nostrils up, out of a pack only one has fell off in the night. Definitely recommend

These are great. I didn’t expect them to work as well as they do in helping me breathe at night. One tip-make sure that area of your nose is grease free as they can’t overcome that! But they come off easily, without taking half your nose with it, unlike some cheaper, weaker ones I’ve tried.

These are remarkably good, better than similar items I've tried, and makes nasal breathing a lot easier.I've used them both overnight and when bike training on a turbo, sweating heavily in a heat suit, followed by 1/2 hr in a steam tent. I was expecting it to come off in those conditions, but had no issues at all.Removing it is easy, and doesn't leave a residue or irritate my skin.
