So far, so good! Can’t wait to see how much better I feel, in a few weeks of using! The shoe is comfortable, and fits perfectly to my shoe size! Love the look, and for a good pair of shoes, price is reasonable! Will be looking forward to buying another pair…in a different color, of course!

I'm a daily walker (streets and sidewalk) and occasional runner. My husband (a runner) recommended these to me, and although I was hesitant to spending that much on a pair of shoes, I have to say that they are extremely comfortable, they offer great support and my foot feels snug yet contained. They have a taller sole than my previous NB shoes have, and that was strange at first, but after using them for one day, that no longer bothered me.I got the orange and white and they look pretty neat. I haven't washed them yet but might post a review update when I do.Pros:- lightweight- room in the toebox (I always order a size up for running shoes)- laces don't slide/become undone and stay put- no heel slip- good arch support- great sense of balance/stability- soft yet durable materials (so far)- good traction on sole- aesthetically pleasingCons- price (if you're on a budget - I got mine on sale on a Prime day)- white fabric may not stay white- shipping took 10 days (would have like to have them sooner, but that was ok)I really really like them and would recommend them to anyone who is undecided or on the fence, I don't think you'll regret it.

They are expensive but worth it! I work in health care and I have flat feet and my ankles roll in. My feet are tired but they don’t hurt! I would order these over Brooks any day! I have had these for 5-6 ish months and they’ve lasted and still feel great!! Light weight imo! Lots of compliments on the colors too!

I've been wearing Asics shoes for 40 years. This pair has, by far, the thickest and most cushioned sole of any I've owned. I've been wearing them for several weeks now. They provide excellent cushioning when I'm exercising on asphalt. However, they are so bouncy that sometimes my feet wobble on top of those thick soles. I'd give up some of the cushioning for a little less thickness in the sole. Also, these soles are definitely not good for weight lifting. They just don't provide enough stability. Like all my other pairs, these are lightweight, fit my foot very well and provide plenty of comfort. I took off a star because it seems like these shoes, like a lot of others these days, have gone overboard in sole thickness.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased the Kayano 31 to help manage persistent heel pain stemming from Achilles tendon involvement and plantar fascia tension. The shoe offered significant relief but not total. I would rate the discomfort while walking around a 2/10, reduced from my baseline pain. The cushioning felt firm yet supportive, and the stability features are well-designed for those with overpronation or structural imbalances.Ultimately, I returned the pair after comparing them to the New Balance Fresh Foam X More V5, which completely alleviated my pain thanks to its higher heel-to-toe drop and softer, more responsive cushioning. That model better offloaded stress from my Achilles and made walking feel effortless.That said, I’m still giving the Kayano 31 five stars because the quality, craftsmanship, and engineering are top-notch. Had I not been managing active Achilles and plantar discomfort, I would have happily kept them as a second pair. While they weren’t the right match for my current condition, I believe they could be highly effective for others depending on individual gait mechanics, foot structure, and support needs.

Light and fits just right!

Beautiful combination of the oatmeal and pink color. The sole is of mixed color plum with pink and it breaks up the sole from looking so chunky. These run small so order a half size up from your regular shoe size. They also run wide. I have a narrow foot and ordered the medium width and my toes are swimming inside but it’s actually quite comfortable like this so I’m keeping them. I have Posterior Tibialis Tendinopathy so these were recommended by a specialist and I can see why. They have just enough of an incline to keep pressure off of the heel and they have so much bounce to them. I feel little to no foot pain when wearing these compared to other brands.

I’ve been running in Gel Kayanos for at least 15 years. They offer the best arch support and there’s no break-in time required. Every time I deviate and try another brand I’m disappointed. I love how this pair has an elastic loop on the back to help pull them on with the laces tied. Best running shoes on the market.
