Merrell Men's, Moab 3 Hiking Shoe

Had to come back and update my review. I can’t believe I only gave them 4 stars! I’ve had these shoes for a while now, and I’m thoroughly impressed with their performance. After putting them through over 50km of rugged hiking across wet, cold, icy, and muddy tracks, I can confidently say these shoes are built to last. I even had to dry them out by the fire each night, and they handled it without issue—no signs of wear and they dried out quickly. What really stands out is how comfortable and lightweight they are, even after hours of walking. I didn’t experience any rubbing or blisters, which is a huge win when it comes to long hikes. The only minor issue I had was a slight tenderness from the slight lift in the sole on the inside heel, but that didn’t last long, and I got used to it quickly. The best part? These shoes just keep getting better with use. They’re so comfortable that I’ve even started wearing them to work! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, versatile shoe for both hiking and everyday wear. They’ve definitely exceeded my expectations! Pros Lightweight – Perfect for long hikes without feeling weighed down. Durable – Survived over 50km of rough terrain, including wet, icy, and muddy conditions. Comfortable – No rubbing or blisters, even after long, extended wear. Quick Drying – Dried out well after being exposed to the elements, without losing shape or support. Versatile – Great for both outdoor adventures and everyday wear (I’ve even worn them to work). Break-In Period – Minimal discomfort during the first few wears, and they get more comfortable over time I literally talk about these shoes every chance I get. When I see another set on the feet of a passer by, I give the merrel nod, and get one back. If you have these, you know.

A favourite. The wide are a perfect fit. They last years and are super comfortable. This is my 3rd pair over 10 years. They’re brilliant. I always buy wide foot in all my sneakers and these fit great without my foot coming out the back. Also I’m a size 10.5. Love that they come in half sizes as well.

Los compré para mi esposo, no para hacer senderismo, pasa mucho tiempo manejando y dice que estos zapatos le ayudan mucho sujetando y resguardando su pie en tanto presiona y suelta el clutch, está encantado, pero ya los conocía, tuvo un par anteriormente y no dudó en pedir estos, que además tenían alguna rebaja

I have been waiting forever to buy some hiking shoes, too many look ugly some feel fake. These are perfect. Some shoes feel like they need wearing-in, these felt perfect straight out of the Box! Wife suggested I buy another, it can wait, especially if they get better (MOAB 4). These are going to last for a good while!! These look better in your hands than in these photos. I was shopping around, looking at products in the store, as well as DFO Brisbane. As soon as I saw these babies up close I wanted them; but DFO store was selling them for like $230 plus. Found them on Amazon and at a seriously reduced price and CARTed them straight away. Happy Camper, Jane!
