Third product I purchased from Woot, and it was great as usual. This HP laptop is great in terms of value, and the first one I received had a screen issue. Woot sent me a replacement with no questions asked, so I couldn't be more satisfied as a customer.

It has been a bit of a nightmare. I bought this from to Peru and paid over 250 dollars tax so returning it rather than taking it myself to it fixed is more affordable as I will have to pay the tax again to get a replacement and that is almost the same as it costs! My Ryzen 5 computer of lower spec is actually better. The bluetooth does not work at all, the troubleshooter says it is fine but it does not connect to any device that my other laptop and phone connect to. The video camara lags and is not HD at all, looks grainy and like something from the 90's. When I change tabs in chrome it freezes part of the screen onto the screen I am working, and also does this in different programs. I bought it as a 2nd machine as work online and will have to take it to get it looked at. I am not even sure it actually has a RYZEN 7 as it is not even half as good as my ryzen 5. I will take it and get it checked out by a technician here and update this review. VERY DISAPPIONTED!!!

For those experiencing Bluetooth issues, check device manager under Bluetooth it will say "generic". Go to HPs download page for the 255 G10 and download & install the Realtek Bluetooth drivers. That fixed the Bluetooth not working... However this should never have been a problem in the first place, HP should be doing a better job quality checking. Also as a heads up there are no secondary m.2 nvme or sata ports to expand the storage without replacing the current drive.

I'm sure its a good laptop, but beware you MUST have a Microsoft 365 business account to use this laptop. It doesn't work otherwise. We are returning.

Just received this laptop today and set it up. It’s easy to set up and it’s super fast! I record music and needed something to replace an older laptop and this thing does the job very well which is to be expected for what you get. The 32gb of ram with the ryzen 7 processor is excellent for recording anything and everything if your using any guitar plugin including your DAW and drum track programs which is a lot of ram running at the same time and there’s no lag in audio! Extremely happy with this laptop
