The trim bezel cutout in the front isn't cut to the right length, this must be modified. The plastic is a TPU, hard plastic, not a vinyl-type. I'm satisfied with the fit. I removed the vinyl from my dash doors and it fit pretty well. The overall fit is acceptable. You won't win any shows with it, but it looks a while hell of a lot better than it did! The price is very fair, even though the construction isn't like original. Simple to install. I have not agreed it yet, because I thick I'll need additional adhesive, since I'm adhering to the original foam, after removing the vinyl. Review: Garbage - Cheap plastic and terrible fit. Mine melted in the sun within a week. ## Features - Fitment: This black color dashboard cover is compatible with 1981-1987 Chevy GMC full size pickup and 1981-1991 Chevy GMC suv. Mine melted in the sun within a week. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dash cover *by J***Y on May 18, 2026* It wasn’t an exact fit at first however I did pull the dash out off the truck removed all of the old vinyl n ended up sanding it down around the edges and doing some trimming on the original dash . Once that was done the cover panel almost fit perfectly other it covering the mounting holes were the screws go on bottom of the dash panel once it was installed it looked pretty good and have no complaints other than the install ## Frequently Bought Together - ECOTRIC Black Dashboard Cover Compatible with 1981-1991 Chevrolet GMC C/K/R/V Truck/SUV Pickup Car Interior Dash Pad Cap - HECASA Pair Tail Light Lens Compatible with 1973-1991 Chevrolet Chevy Blazer Suburban Jimmy Driver Left & Passenger Right Replacement For 5968330, 5968329, GM2801122, GM2800122 - Front Door Window Molding Rubber Felt Trim Seal Weatherstrip Kit Compatible with 1973-1991 Chevy C10 C20 C30 K10 K20 K30 R1500 R2500 R3500 GMC Suburban C1500 C2500 C3500 K1500 K2500 K3500 --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.cy/products/630835627-ecotric-dashboard-cover-compatible-with-1981-1991-chevy-gmc-c](https://www.desertcart.com.cy/products/630835627-ecotric-dashboard-cover-compatible-with-1981-1991-chevy-gmc-c) --- *Product available on Desertcart Cyprus* *Store origin: CY* *Last updated: 2026-10-10*
