These cabinets are really great. Easy to put together, nice looking, they're deeper which is great for storage. I had a problem with a smashed door and customer service was extremely responsive. They sent a new door which worked nicely and it was quick. I gave a 4 because I did have a damaged door but other than that I was pleased with the purchase.

i’m ngl i’m a woman and as someone who is good at doing tricky things this alone took me two to three hours to do because the instructions screamed gibberish to me. 🫪 but i got it done and it looks beautiful and they gave me extra parts (like nails) just incase which i thought was nice just incase i lost a nail. it fits sm as you can see everything i needed to fit fits and you can use it for multiple things, i use it for clothes. my cats also approve of it. thanks!

This thing is huge! Very nice, instructions are pretty easy to follow. Had a small problem with delayed delivery, i think the package just got miss placed. The sellers had reached out about the delay, and offered to send a replacement, the original showed up shortly after that communication. One of the legs got all bent up after i assembled everything and i reached out asking if new replacement legs could be sent. Sellers reached out very quickly and said they'd send nee legs and gave me a tracking number. I swapped out the old legs for the new ones and everything is perfect. The box was a bit banged up but the product is very well protected.

Update: sent another cabinet with 4 pieces dented. They were kind enough to send me a replacement and I was able to kept the dented one. The metal is soft so be mindful it is not for heavy items Update: got the replacement. Instructions were not super awesome but just note step 9 B actually refers to N. Other than that one person can put it all together. I really like it and did order another one! I have it a 3 only because it is a pain to deal with 100 lb defective products that are not checked before mailed to the consumer. Other than that I love it! Hoping the next purchase goes as good as the 2nd one! Original: This sucker is 100 lbs!!! I opened up the package and the front door had a circle dent in it. Very disappointed. I had to reseal the box and send it back to a UPS. I had put return replace but after sealing it back with tons of duct tape. I am afraid of the replacement. I tried to cancel it hours later but you are not allowed to. So now I hope the next package comes not damaged. Because it is alot of work to return a 100lb package that it seems no one checked the package before mailing out for defects.
