Did Not Work For Me
A lot of people are leaving positive reviews on this Goo Gone so I thought I'd give it a try. Sadly, my experience was not positive. I had an old dealership decal on the back of my truck that I wanted to remove. I first tried this Goo Gone on it but it had no effect on getting that decal off. I then tried an eraser wheel made specifically for removing decals and it took it off okay but a left lot of glue and lettering residue. I again tried this Goo Gone, but once again it did nothing. I felt like I was just spraying it with water. I finally was able to take all of the glue residue off by using Meguiars Ultimate Compound which worked great. So, I feel as if I wasted my money with this Goo Gone and should have just purchased the Meguiars in the first place.The picture I am including shows the result after using the eraser wheel and Goo Gone but before using the Meguiars.

Great for removing badges and bumper stickers
I bought a used car and it came with a couple of bumper stickers and a metallic badge emblem on it. I ran a hair dryer over them for a few minutes to get the adhesive warm, then used dental floss to gently saw behind them to pull the stickers up and remove as much adhesive as possible. I then saturated the remaining adhesive with goo gone, let it sit for a few minutes, and scrubbed off with a soft cloth. All the adhesive came right off and it looked clean. For good measure I ran the car through an automatic car wash after that and the spots came out perfect, like the stickers were never there in the first place.

Not Very Effective
I used this to try and remove some bird droppings from my car hood. It did remove about 80%, but the last 20% stayed on underneath. I applied another brand's exterior detailer and it immediately removed the last of it. The Goo Gone also left streaks after drying, where my other product did not. Maybe better for other applications, but for this common one look elsewhere.
