It burned itself to oblivion. I had to throw it away.

Seller states: “Our hydrogen rich water kettle provides hydrogen-rich cold water, boiling, and temperature maintenance functions.” The kettle doesn’t create cold water, it just generates hydrogen in the water you add into the kettle. The nonheating option is tricky to find, I believe it’s the full counter clockwise H2 only option. I like this larger kettle for keeping me and my pets healthy and happy throughout the day. Bought another one for Mom’s Christmas gift. Love it.

I’ve had this product for 2 months. I’m getting E1 and E2 error messages. The product does not work

I bought this pitcher for the hydro water and I decided to get this style due to also having the water heat up. It worked fine at first but every once in a while, the pitcher heats up but does not turn off causing the water to over boil and spill out of the spout all over my countertop. It is dangerous. I am glad I purchased the extended warranty option because I need to use it to get another pitcher issued to me. If this problem did not exist, I would give 5 stars but I can only give 2 stars on this unit because of the turn off properly issue.

I loved it for a month but it stopped turning off. My return date was by Nov 6 and this is the 28th. DON'T BUY IT
