I needed more resolution and accuracy for engine and powertrain diagnostics. My older Brand-X borescope was terrible, leaving big questions about the accuracy and usefulness of images. This unit is at the leading edge in affordable inspection cameras. 1080P video, a mic and audio track, make this a versatile, affordable way to have it all. I'm impressed with the large 7" screen, many features, the image sharpness, three cameras with lenses at different focal lengths plus the 32GB storage for transfer to my computer when making YouTube videos. You have plenty of storage for both video and photo recording...If I could wish for anything more, it would be a lens angled back toward the tablet to capture the rear view, in particular the combustion chambers. Can't use an articulating end wand on narrow 12mm spark plug holes; mirrors are too big as well—there's no way to pass a bend or mirror through the hole. I opted for this three-lens alternative. One lens aims straight down, the other two lenses are on a perpendicular plane to the wand/plug.

I bought this after having a smaller and cheaper one and it’s been worth the upgrade. The screen is bright, clear and easy to see details. Comes with all the attachments and a case that’s held up very well

Fits the description, works well, and the image looks good.Incredible value for what it is and the semirigid cable is not sloppy.

Works great

This is a solidly built unit with great resolution. So far the battery life seems good. Running everything at full brightness about four to four and a half hours runtime seems to be the limit. The camera and cable seem to be fairly good quality considering the low price point. It should last a long time as long as it isn't abused. I knocked off one star only because this company does not offer a replacement camera cable from what I can tell. To be fair though I haven't contacted them directly about it. For the price though the entire unit could be easily replaced if need be. Either way it sure beats paying five times as much for something else for very little gain if any for the money spent. The big display is awesome! I give this one a thumbs up. Buy with confidence.

If I buy a relatively expensive tool I rate its value by its ability to repay my investment over a given period.Even though I have only owned this tool for a short period, I estimate that it has repaid me a third of my outlay.I am using this tool to evaluate the best route to run my cables for my security cameras within a sealed wall structure. The endoscope has allowed me to follow existing TV cables and take a photo of the size of the hole drilled within the wooden frame to see if this is a possible route. Another option that I have been able to photograph is the distance between the wooden frame and the outer brick wall. I can review these photos at my leisure and choose the most efficient option.Working with the endoscope makes you realize that it is not a magic wand. It is only as good as your ability to manipulate the cable within a confined space from some distance away. Its no fault of the endoscope but a limitation nonetheless. If you can push the camera to the area under consideration, then the camera is able to take good photographs.

Excellent quality scope. Very pleased with the resolution. After much research, I definitely chose the right one.
