This earpiece came complete with a total of 6 of the bright green D-shaped ear inserts, both a black and a clear ear tube, and a 3.5mm (1/8") to 1/4" adapter. I was a bit surprised at the length of the cable, which comes in at 10' long. The earpiece (with the green D-shaped attachment) is very comfortable and I can wear it for hours with no discomfort. Sound is acceptable for communications. This is not an earpiece one would typically want to use for music listening as it lacks the frequency response and volume to be suitable for that.The only problem I encountered is that when I plugged it into my Whistler scanner I didn't get any volume until I pulled the earpiece's plug out approximately 1/8". The Whistler has a stereo jack on it and I've listened to the scanner through standard headphones with no issues, so I'm not sure why this earpiece exhibited that behavior.Overall I'm pleased with the product and am glad it came with all the extra D-shaped ear inserts so I can retrofit them on my other earpieces.

I've reviewed a few of these. Some are really flimsey but this one is made to last a bit longer than the others. The most critical point of failure, the plug has thick insulation and features a screw in mount for walkie talkies that support this feature to prevent accidental unpluggins. Comes with extra ear pads, too. Good product.
