barely works, i received it and plugged in the usb to which it didn’t work, then saw the two jacks and put them into the rught area on my monitor, it was patchy but i was hearing audio on one side of my ear but not the other, then after some fidgeting it would play audio on both sides finally, yet the microphone doesn’t work at all, when i speak into it won’t show that i’m talking, and if it did for a brief moment it went away again shortly after. maybe i just got one of the bad batch but i don’t recommend buying even if it worked for other people.

I bought this gaming headphone on Amazon about five months ago, and I'm extremely disappointed. The audio cable with the 3.5mm jack started failing within less than six months—now there’s no sound at all. The connector quality is terrible, and it’s clear the product isn’t built to last. For gaming, reliability is key, and this fell short fast.

This is the second headset I’ve had , the first time I thought they were just faulty, so I ordered another for my son. This set didn’t last long either. I will have to contact Amazon this time as it’s a waste of money. The mic has stopped working for no apparent reason again.

Bought to use with Xbox One controller. Connection to the controller is patchy at best. Mic works on occasion, but very temperamental. Wouldn’t recommend

They did not work, box arrived open, not in Amazon box, no security labels. 3rd rate experiance. Will never order from this company ever again. People want to know they are getting what they pay for, and not something which is not worth anything.

After 2 weeks of use the microphone quality has been inadequate. Very frustrating purchase and have had to buy some better ones. Even with the audio jack splitter the headset has constant trouble working hand-in-hand with my pc.
