Me llegó sin la herramienta pero Amazon me hizo un reembolso parcial por el faltante. Venia muy mal empacada sólo bolsas sencillas, fácil que se maltrate si se deja caer durante el envío. Afortunadamente llegó sin daño aparente. Definitivamente necesita aceite, viene muy seca, se oyen feos los rodamientos pero un poco de aceite y después se oye y siente mucho mejor. Aún no la instalo así que no puedo opinar de su funcionamiento en condiciones reales y menos sobre su durabilidad. Es difícil encontrar una rueda libre con piñon de 11 dientes, no hay muchas opciones. Por cierto es un producto chino fabricado por la marca "superwin", de la estética muy bonita. Tan pronto la instale regresaré para actualizar esta reseña.

I believe that for the price, it was quite a good deal, and I’m thrilled to have moved forward with my upgrade. I used to ghost pedal down hills with my 14-28T freewheel setup, but that’s a thing of the past!The included freewheel removal nut tool is absolutely essential, and the entire replacement and upgrade took me less than 45 minutes.Just put on a pair of gloves, grab two adjustable wrenches, and start loosening those bolts. You’ll need some leverage to remove the freewheel, so give it a good crank or two, and then it’s as easy as pie. And don’t forget to grease around the axle and on the new freewheel!I read some previous reviews and worried that the lower price might mean a risky purchase, but I’ve had no issues whatsoever. I’ve gone from riding downhill at a maximum of 31.5 mph to over 36 mph! I like to stand up and pedal in 7th gear, and being a big guy with strong legs, the stock 14-28T just wasn’t cutting it. This upgrade is absolutely essential if you want to maximize your eBike’s performance and get more battery life and speed.One thing to keep in mind: after the installation, I needed to adjust the High-limit screw a couple of quarter turns to align the derailleur hanger. I could feel and hear a sudden pop, and the pedals would lurch forward—like the chain skipped a beat. It was an easy fix and took no more than 10 minutes.Now, after the upgrade, my 7th gear feels like a new 6th gear, and I truly feel like I have an 8th gear! It’s definitely about 25% harder to turn, but with pedal assist set to 5, I can really fly! I mostly ride around in 6th gear, and when I’m ready to take off, I shift into 7th—something I could never do before!p.s. - there are not many 11-28T options and I think this is just as good as all the others...

I spent a lot of time replacing my cassette for my ebike. Took a couple of tries. This one works great with one small thing to know. The sprockets are extra close together. That's only a minor issue if you have chain links that are convex, like mine, which is rare. It's the chain not the cassette. Not the cassette's shortcoming in any way. Worst case scenario is you might need to drop $8 on a standard chain. Good unit. Proper teeth for class 3 ebike.

Replaced old rusted one, works great with 11 tooth gear instead of 13 original, now I can use pedals in third speed at a slower rotation
