I have limited storage for household cleaning tools. The broom fits into the folding dust pan and there is a clip that holds the two poles together for compact storage. Both poles are long enough even for my tall height. The "comb" on the dustpan is a wonderful tool to pull cat hair off broom and keep it in dust pan. No longer chasing tufts of cat hair! My cats nor I like the sound of a vacuums, so using this combo is easy to pull out anytime. Highly recommend for anyone with dogs, cats or any animals that shed!

When I first began using this broom with dust pan combo, it performed very well. The broom is able to be angled as you try to maneuver in certain areas; however, after a while, the broom angler loosened and so it is no longer is easy to control. - it kind of flops. The durability is great and the weight as well. The handle length is perform for my mom's height of 4'10".

The broom is a broom. The dustpan has a built-in self-cleaner so that clump of hair is dropped into the dustpan. The dustpan has a very strong spring that closes it. Too strong because if there is anything on the upper edge of the dustpan it will be catapulted back into the area you just swept. Over time the swivel head in the beginning was quite stiff but that has loosened up over time with usage. Being white it seems I am always cleaning it. I like the fact that I can take the handle apart to get to those corners where you need a short handle brush to clean.

It swivels too much, won’t stay straight, always flips to the side, it should have a lock button to lock the head in a position. It’s hard to push and pull out the handle in and out of the stand. The dust pan doesn’t lay down easily. If you have 19ft. ceilings, it’s too short. The only positive is the handle it is strong, not flimsy and the broom material is good, but it’s too wide for the dust pan. Will be returning it.

Great little broom and dust pan set . Just remember to turn sideways before putting broom in dustpan to prevent bristles from fraying.

I am giving this item 3 stars very reluctantly. First the good, the rubber strip on the end of the dustpan is replaceable. This is a huge bonus as most are not and they wear down eventually, and so most sets like this are basically trash once that piece rips or tares. That alone is the reason this is 3 stars instead of 2. Now the flaws, this is assembled using hollow tubes which screw together, and while assembly is easy, it makes the item look very ugly. Along with that, the item can't seem to make up it mind if it wants to be a real broom, or a mini broom used for a dustpan only. It is too short for the former and too long for the latter. At 5'6" I found this be annoying. If I took one of the tubes out of the dustpan and put it on the broom (No per instructions) I found the broom to be too high, and if I set it up as per instructions it was too low. If your priority is one that will last a long time, this may be a good choice since the rubber is replaceable, otherwise, I recommend you move along to another product.
