Atlantic Furniture Shaker Chair Side Table with Charging Station, Walnut, chair side table (22" x 14")

Like many other shoppers on Amazon, I spend an inordinate amount of time researching, comparing & trying to get the most bang for my buck. Not necessarily the cheapest, but the best ratio of value/dollars. I believe this is one of those times I hit a Home Run, or found a gem, depending on how you see things. : ) Solid wood, a nice finish, just 4 bolts to tighten, sturdy & well packaged for transit.I bought it for use in my guest room. I'm trying to give it a B&B feel with the usual amenities (one way to get my kids to visit more often, lol). It's got USB charging ports, regular three-prong plugs & a nice thick power cord. They even threw in an extra bolt for good measure. I like it so much I'm buying another for myself since I have too many rechargeable gadgets.If there is one thing you could improve on this table, it would be the addition of a 2nd bolt at each leg. I had a small table with 1 bolt/leg & I swear it was possessed, one of the legs would become loose, no matter how I tightened it. That said, it was a butterfly nut so maybe that played into it. Though to be fair, it is not a fault, the thing is sturdy, just an honest opinion. I'm not a woodworker so I know liitle about building tables, but this one is nice.You don't need to spend $500, if you must impress your guests, slap a sticker underneath, for the nosy family member that needs to know how much you spend on things, you know whom I'm talking about, ARGH!!!. Unless they are experts, it would be hard to tell it was this inexpensive.Good luck hunting for bargains!

I had it put together in under 10 minutes. Very sturdy. Ac outlets and charging ports all work. My only problem was that in all the photos of the table I've seen, on many websites including Atlantic Furniture, the walnut finish has a slight cherry tone to it. That's why I bought it. But the table I received is a very dark brown walnut finish. Not what I was expecting. UPDATE. Atlantic Furniture sent me a new top assembly free of charge and shipping!! They are a stand up company that stands behind their products! Ken Van Alfen

These tables are greatness they’re perfect for my needs . What I would change is the plugs they’re too close together today’s technology some of the plugs are wider and they don’t fit side-by-side. So I try to plug in my iPad Pro and my android phone and I can’t.

Overpriced for price paid. I purchased to use as nightstands in a guest room only because of the USB ports & plug in slots. They will be convenient. One of the two tables received had a hairline crack in top. One table had disappointing stain finishing defects. Kept both end tables rather than going through the hassle of returning to Amazon for refund. I’ll try to remedy camouflage defects.

This is a great, real wood, table. It arrived quickly and was packaged very securely so there wouldn't be any damage. Assembly is easy, basically screwing in the four legs with a tool that is provided. It's exactly as described and it's perfect for what I was looking for. It's a small table but I don't think it should be limited to small spaces only.

I had to mess with one of the legs, pulling it out a bit then tightening it down to get it stable. Not a deal breaker mind you, but a wobbly table isn’t something you want to live with. Looks good though, and those USB ports are might handy.

This small table sits perfectly in my living room, and allows guest to utilize the USB charger and I have access to extra outlets. Exactly what I was hoping it would do when I ordered. I will probably be purchasing an second table soon.

Overall I like it. The USB ports work well. It is a bit on the small size for my needs.
