Great calue
Excellent build quality. It does come from a vendor that does not respond to any support requests. I got 2 that were not licenses with Windows. But, I returned them to Amazon and got 2 more. Still the best quality deal on a PC like this.

Roll the dice / Good Value / No support
I also found that vendor doesn’t respond questions/support.The NUC9 product line unfortunately appears to be famous for having loud power supply fans.The power supply on the device I received was super noisy and too annoying to live with. I ultimately found that it was replaceable but not real easy to do even if you are comfortable taking electronics/computers apart.It’s super quiet now and for me worth holding on to now.Additionally Intel Nucs are now supported by ASUS (They bought the product line from Intel)Don’t expect good support ans your only option will like be to return it if there is anything wrong with it.
