I have a heavy projector weighing around 5kg which was the upper end rating for this stand but it has worked perfectly.

This is a must have for anyone who has a portable or free mounted projector. It's ideal for those of you who want to add a bit of height or have your projector on a unit/shelf too.The base has a decent weight which holds the projector firmly in position. It doesn't wobble and reduces risk with knocking into it.The axis can be adjusted to level or pivot and allows the user to get the ideal positioning when projecting. One in the correct place you simply adjust the locking nut to keep in place.It's very sturdy and once in place doesn't move, also the colouring being black is nice and neutral.

This is a useful piece of kit. I love that projectors have got smaller, and cheaper and can be used so readily with phones etc. But sometimes you need a bit more height for the projector so that it isn't keystoning so badly it can't autocorrect.This stand allows it to sit about 6-7 inches higher. It comes with a rotational mount as well so that you can angle it slightly upwards.It is really solid and well-balanced. I have no fears that it would tip over—unlike the cheap ntripod(!) which came with the projector!My only negative is that as projectors have become more portable, this stand is exceedingly unportable. It's great to stay in one location, or in an office/teaching environment, but if you take your projector with you, this isn't something you'll be carrying along too. Perhaps if there had been a food flat mechanism...

This stand is fairly weighty coming in at 1.4kg and the base measures 20cm x 20cm. Because of it weight the stand is exceptionally sturdy and makes it ideal for using with a projector. On the entire base of the stand is a soft yet grippy covering so that it stays firmly in place without scratching any surfaces.When the projector is attached to the stand there is only minimal adjustments available. The attachment can be turned 360 degrees around left and right, but there is no real height adjustment. The angle that the stand attachment can be adjusted to covers approximately 100 degrees being so the projector lens is facing just slightly up of straight ahead or anywhere from that point to facing straight down and the angle can be secured with the built in locking screw.This is a well made stand but for me it would need to have at least some height adjustability.

The screw mount makes it easy to attach to your projector and the 360-degree ball head allows you to easily adjust the stand and find the perfect angle for your viewing comfort.I found the base to be weighted, and balanced well, and had no issues with the stability of my projector.I am very happy with it.
