This was good quality for the cost! I wanted a hot plate so I didn't have to use a double boiler on the stove anymore - it seemed like a waste of heat/electricity. This works perfectly, and melts the wax even faster! The size is perfect if you're just making small batches. The added wicks were a plus, too!

I love this wax warmer for my first time use of making candles. As a beginner candle maker it has been easy to make my candles. Only concern is that the wax heats up really hot even on number 1 and takes a while to cool down to the temp of 185 for pouring.

Very well priced, comes with a lot of accessories, easy to use, very decent quality, comes with a warmer pourer jug, wicks, wick holders, thermometer and all that you need to get started.Good for beginners.

I got this for my niece, shes into arts and crafts. I had to buy a candle tin and wax. I should have read the product description better, as I thought this was included, actually I knew and know nothing of candle making. I just thought this would be a neat gift. I actually got the wax and tin(s) (24pscs) online I wont advertise where I go them from but it was under 7$ for the pair. I familiarized myself with the process so i could monitor her and help her in here new craft. She loves and has been making candles left and right. I plan on getting her oils to ad to her wax

Bought it as a bday gift but might keep it. The stove was on for like 15 seconds and it heat up enough that I had to wait around 5 minutes for it to cool down. Comes with the wicks and seals to stick down and a long spoon to mix or to help that sticking down process. Really nice starting kit. Now searching for the best wax and oils.

It can look like it’s off but still hot. Had a small fire contained to the pot only. I would recommend unplugging it instead of depending on the knob.

I love this kit - I wanted to make my own custom candles as gifts and this worked great. Came fast, high quality, and I love that it comes with the soy wax beads. Soy wax is the best for candles!!
