I had purchased this product 2 qtys in August 2024 after that had called for repairing of the fan 3 times in last 10 months. After registering the complaint technicain is taking 48 hours to visit. In summer season if fan is not working and also we cant control heat. If you call to service centre for service they reply that our service engineers are not available in that area so they will not come when they are available. Is this is the way the service centre people talk with customers, they don't know how to speak with customers. I am personally not at all happy with this brand. And suggest not to buy this product as their after sale service and behaviour is pathetic.

Oct 24: 1 fan making noise. Informed Crompton service site. They sent a mechanic, replaced 2 inner bearings. Bearings fitted by OEM & replaced ones, both are of poor quality, secondary brand. A day after replacement the new bearings also started giving noise. Rating reduced from 5 to 3*.Jan24: Fans look great. Quality is good. Price was least among renown brand bldc fans. We bought 2 fans to replace old type in the house. When remote of any one bedroom is operated, it used to change fan operations in both the rooms. Upon registering the issue, Crompton local technicians came us quickly, solved it immediately and also explained how to do that. Overall good experience. You may buy it without any hesitation.

Product is good but it's rate is high while flipkart is providing with less amount.

I got low price BLDC with Low Quality for sure.Within one month of using , Bearing making noise.
