Neck pain reduced!
I LOVE this pillow! I have a desk job and for years my neck has been under a lot of strain. This pillow contours to my neck, providing great support. My neck doesn't hurt as much and is less "crunchy." You will have to give your body some time to adjust to the pillow. I also like the side arms feature.

Soft and comfy
The fabric feels cool to the touch, and it's so comfy. The filling feels so good on my head, and I like the unique shape. Sturdy for my head, and helps to not wake up with pain. Supports my head, and works perfectly.

First night - WOW! Slept all night. No pain
I bought the standard size. It doesn’t look fluffy like the pics and it’s kind of flat. It’s only 4.5” high. I’ll be buying more for my family.I have been having off and on neck pain for over a year. Tossing and turning all night made me constantly tired. I’m in my 50s - so yeah age is catching up to me.I woke up with no pain in my neck and slept almost all night. I finally feel rested.I always preferred flat pillows or no pillows at all. I can’t believe how much this fixed my neck pain.There’s no “cooling effect”. Idk where someone read that. Not a feature I was looking for anyway. I wasn’t overheated.It fits fine in a pillowcase. I bought standard size pillow.

Amazing pillow
I stupidly returned it thinking I didn’t have a queen size and that it was smaller and I just wanted a king but realized I had bought it on sale and the king was way too expensive. I should’ve kept the one I had bc it was on discount at the time and it was amazing. No more neck pain and it was cooling and comfortable as I’m a side sleeper. If you don’t mind the price then it’s a great pillow for side sleepers. I know am stuck using a bamboo pillow I had but all in all the bamboo pillow isn’t all that bad. I’m hoping this pillow will go on sale for Black Friday then I’d def buy it again in a larger size
