In this book Mr Casement discusses the inevitability of practitioners at times 'missing' their clients and gives very valuable guidelines from his own clinical experience of how to approach such 'mistakes'. As in his other books, Mr Casement bases his discussion in his own clinical material and conveys to the reader a vivid account of this process of misattunment and repair. This is an excellent book which has proved invaluable to me and my students.
