I am neither a Doctor nor I am a Scientist, but I am a good Analyst; or so I think. Scrutinizing what I read behind the face value of what Sellers and Manufacturers state, I concluded that a large percentage of products may have a good formula; but the ingredients in the formula come in quantities that apply to a 40 or 50 lbs. dog. I am a full-grown man carrying 190 pounds of body weight. I convincingly believe that my analytical work is not far from reality if I state the 20 mg. of Spermidine delivered straight to my stomach will not provide my body with meaningful health benefits at all. I saw 'Neurogan Spermidine PRO' offering 50 mg. and delivered in a way that will not degrade or get neutralized in the stomach. I immediately realized that 'Quantity & Delivery' in this product are the most efficient when compared with competitors. Getting closer and closer to 2026, I do not see any better product than 'Neurogan Spermidine PRO.'

I love that these are small and super easy to take. 120 day supply in a single bottle. And third party testing is something I look for . The point of origin is USA and they are manufactured by Neurogan, a company in San Diego, CA. I am unsure where the ingredients come from but the third party testing does give me confidence that what is listed on the bottle is what is in the bottle. I have not had any side effects from these. I have also not noticed a huge effect from these yet but believe they are helping, based on research I have read. I like everything about this particular supplement. This is the best Spermidine I have so far taken.

I don’t feel a real difference in anything in my health after taking this for a month. Based on all the science I will continue taking it. It’s a good value supplement with lots of research in its favor.

These supplements have helped me have more energy. I don't struggle to get up and going in the morning and my brain isn't foggy first thing either. I am in my 40s on the slippery slope to my 50s and am on the lookout for vitamins and supplements that will help me look and feel my best as I age. I feel like this supplement is already providing positive benefits and look forward to testing them out for a few months to see how I feel. These capsules are easy to swallow and do not have a noticeable taste or odor. I have no problem taking them on an empty stomach and have not noticed any bad side effects. The spermidine supplements are always so expensive and this supplement is much less expensive than other brands out there. One bottle has 120 capsules inside so this is a 4-month supply. At this time, that is about $0.24 a day - well worth it if the claims on the bottle are true!

So, the idea behind this is a good one: increase the body's autophage capabilities to get rid of toxins, irritants, dead cells and other things that can negatively affect your body and prematurely age you. This makes it a little difficult to evaluate, since the effects are ones that occur over time, and of course if you keep a poor diet even increasing your autophage activity won't let it keep up. That said, after taking these I've noticed some improvement in my vision -- I can't pin it necessarily on these, but it's just something I've seen and this seems most likely. The pills themselves are easy enough to swallow and don't have much of a taste, nor did I experience any side effects from them.

So I don't review supplements based on those claims, and instead rate them based on ingredients, quality, and usage. Prices can fluctuate so I leave it to the reader to determine value for themselves.

I don't have any negative side effects as of now. Its easy to take. The pill isn't that big is actually really small. I hope its doing what its supposed to. Ive had better dreams that are more vivid and I think this is one of the reasons for that. Ill keep taking and update if anything comes up. Its supposed to be great for the whole body.

. Quality spermadine supplement. USA made. Because of the requirements of USA manufacturing and all the rigors that entails, I can extend my trust as well as to the sourced ingredients. I take spemadine as part of my daily routine. However, this is my first time trying liposomal type. I have tried other liposomal delivered supplements with noticeable results. When I try something new, I would rather begin with a product made in the USA with all the attention to quality that stands for.
