Beyond disappointed not at all what I was expecting. I waited for 3 days as instructed waiting for the foam to fully expand after 72 hours this is all you get. I was trying to be hopeful but will have to be returning, couch is also shorter than description.

I was worry about buying a couch from Amazon in the beginning, because it’s so big and I couldn’t touch before I purchase it, also I have pay for delivery fee, but I am so happy I did. The couch arrived in two big boxes, installing the couch is pretty easy, just need to follow the instructions step by step, usually I am not good at any installation but this couch only took me couple hours to get finished. The size is perfect for my place, the color is what I like and it’s very comfortable, after I lay down on the couch and turn on my TV, I feel like wow!!! this is definitely worth the money I spent!

It’s way shorter than I thought and it doesnt feel as sturdy as I expected it to for a couch. I’m nervous to sit on it because of how thin the “wood” is. I’ll have to wait and see how it holds up, hopefully it doesn’t break on me any time soon, that’s how fragile it feels… Edited it to add a photo and honestly I am disappointed at how flimsy this couch is, I wish I could return it but it’s already assembled and I don’t have time to go through the hassle of even trying to return it. Lesson learned!

the couch is so pretty and long. fits nicely in my living room but i will need to order taller legs i think. they used cut up foam pieces to stuff the pillow top of the seat cushions so i’m going to give it a day to see how much they fluff up. i’m kind of thinking i’m going to need to go get more stuffing regardless because you can feel the lumps and it will likely go flat easily over time. not too bad for the price overall just a little extra work if you want it to be firmer and taller

About half of the pieces came with stains or what looked to be wear-tear damage...as if it had been previously out of the box. The back "cushions" are awful, very thin, and you can feel the coils inside. Overall, it was dirty and in poor quality / uncomfortable. Didnt even assemble it. I am returning it.

This is the most comfortable sofa I have ever! It’s so cozy like sitting inside the warm cloud. The appearance is pretty matching my living room. It’s very easy to install flowing the instruction. And the size is good for a small party and daily use. And most great part is all the cover is tearable and can be washed inside washing machine. This sofa is so value for money and it’s the best decision I ever made for my new home!

The seats are filled with cut up memory foam that you can literally feel as lumps inside the cushion. It's also not sturdy, feels like cheap wood. The color is the only good part about this to be honest. If you bought this accidentally and can't return, stuff some polyfill in it to fluff it up a bit....

This couch is so short! The measurements are completely off! I could have saved my money and just sat on the floor! The stuffing is so cheap and not enough. I have to purchase taller legs and more stuffing to make the couch even usable. Pretty sure if I try to return it they will make me pay a ridiculous return fee. Sure did not do my homework on this one. NEVER EVER buy furniture from AMAZON! What was I thinking????
