I dont have ant back issues, however I have been looking to get a lumbar support for some time - more out of curiosity than any other reason so I thought I'd take a punt on this one.The cushion arrives compressed into a plastic bag but rapidly assumes its full size and shape upon opening. The material it is made from feels smooth to the touch - a little slidy also but not so much it is an issue. I put it on my computer chair as I can spend hours there either working on my PC or watching movies and the like. There are a couple of straps that you can fix it to the back of the chair so that it doesnt move around. I imagined that the cushion would e firmer than it is - it is actually quite soft. I thought this might be a problem, but as it turns out it is very comfortable and I think a big part of that is that it isnt too firm. When you sit down the small of your back kind of sinks into it and thus adds support.The colour (blue) is ok, I have a throw that goes over my computer chair so the cushion int visible and hence the colour is not an issue for me either way.Im going to leave the support on my chair as it is remarkable how quickly you get used to it being there. I makes the chair a bit more comfortable, but since I dont have any back problems I am probably not getting its full benefit. All in all a good cushion; at £26 I think it could perhaps be a little cheaper.

This is a lumbar support for your back that I was eager to try on my office chair. I spend a lot of time at the desk so something to help the comfort and my back would be appreciated.It appears to be well made and the material is soft and breathable. I've been testing it for a couple of weeks now and it still holds up and hasn't flattened or squished. It's easy to place on your chair since it comes with adjustable straps.I find that this is shaped in way that can contour nicely to your lower back but in general it's a little too small to fully fit my back in a comfortable and form fitting way. It's also a little too thick so it ends up protruding out too far on my mesh office chair, which changes the way I have to sit and makes my legs feel like they're doing more work. It also makes my upper back and neck feel less supported than usual, requiring me to lean back too much which ends up causing a bit of strain.I find that the value isn't quite there considering its bulky yet small size, even though the materials used and quality is very good. It just wasn't able to work out for me.

The pillow is available in dark blue or grey, and I chose the dark blue option. It is made from memory foam, and has a washable removable cover. It also has adjustable straps ensuring it stays in place.🔹OPINION🔹&🔹CONCLUSION🔹I do spend a fair amount of time sitting at a desk typing, and an occupational hazard of this can be neck and back discomfort. I have tried many remedies over the years ranging from different seating to curved mesh type back supports and lumbar cushions.When I saw this back support pillow, I was keen to try it as it looked different to what I have tried before.I have been using it for over a week now, and I have to say I am delighted with it, so much so that I tend to move it with me to whatever seat I am using. I mainly use it on an office style chair, but I also find it helpful if I use my laptop whilst sitting on the sofa, where normally I am perched on the edge of the seat to try to keep my back straight, but when using this I can relax into a more comfortable position. I have not yet tried it in my car, as I’ve not done any distance since getting the pillow, but the next time I take a longer trip, I will definitely give this pillow a try.The straps are great for keeping the pillow in place on my office chair, and I love the fact that the cover can be removed for washing.The pillow has excellent support, and the little “hands” on either side feel very supportive and comfortable rather like a little hug ! The lumbar spine is also supported resulting in fewer aches and pains in my back. I do still get some tension in my shoulders, but much less than before. I would actually love it if they made one even taller with more “hands” to support the cervical spine.I would definitely recommend this support pillow for anyone who spends time sitting at a desk/driving or indeed confined to a wheelchair. It has certainly made a positive difference to my comfort when typing.

Positives:-Firm, but very good support, especially for lower back.Adjustable restraining straps hold it firmly in place.Improves posture.Negatives:-The material of the Lumbar Support Pillow I received is actually Very Dark Navy Blue, and does not resemble the Dark Blue colour illustration on the Amazon UK website.Although washable, it does not have a removable cover.A tad expensive.Observations:-Came compressed into a cylinder shape, inside a very tight-fitting sturdy, sealed, clear plastic bag.However, the Lumbar Support Pillow very quickly regained its original shape.A Cozyhealth “Instructions” booklet was enclosed.Conclusion:-The Dark Blue colour illustrated on the Amazon UK website looked a very close match for the Office Chair in my study, and so I was disappointed to discover that, in reality, the material used is Very Dark Navy Blue.I spend several hours a day sat on my Office Chair, and, at first, I found it very strange adapting to using this Lumbar Support Pillow.However, after several weeks use, I am now accustomed to its firm support, and it has improved my posture.
