These work really well. Averaged 20,000 steps a day over 7 days while on holidays. My knees felt very supported and were not as sore as normally at the end of each day.

I have an original pair but these are just as good and they have better ventilation.

I wear these around the house for the comfort and for a little knee support. They are lightweight but fit well if you measure your knee joint according to the size chart. They do slide down during lots of walking or movement. I do wear a heavier knee brace while working for the extra support. There is not enough side support in these if your going to be doing heavy work or using them at the gym. I do use them when riding my exercise bike and they mostly stay in place with that type of repetitive motion.

My husband's 3rd pair in 5 yrs Other slip on sleeves not as good. These are the best.. helpful, he runs.. Can perform without them
