LeapFrog LeapStart Early Literacy 4-Pack Book Set

A little cumbersome that one has to create a leapfrog parent account and then upload specific content onto the reader via a physical USB connection to your computer to make these books usable with the reader, but having accomplished all of that my daughter loves the books and I like the ability to keep her occupied with self-directed reading exercises at home and in the car, so it's worth it in my opinion. She's a little too young to just go with an iPad and I don't have to worry about unintended use and exploration of other internet 'features' with a more sophisticated device than the leapfrog reader. Pushing that off for a few more years

My daughter loves this set, it’s screen free and amazing for kids

Even after all these years, our 6-year-old daughter and 5-year-old son love their leap pads. I love finding new books for their pads. These do not disappoint. Though our kids now already know the concepts in these books, reviewing them helps reinforce the ideas and is fun for them.

My 2 year old granddaughter loves these books! She can use them by herself with her leap pad and is already recognizing many of the words. The books are interactive so she can work on a variety of activities. Great for learning words, increasing independence and listening skills.
