I am very happy with their excellent service and dedication to their customers.**The product shipped quickly. The pen came with an empty cartridge loaded. Not sure why, though. The click action is good. The nib feels wobbly when I write with it. The ink doesn't flow well. Has several starts and stops. The grip feels good for letter writing. The best feature is the color. I do really like the carrying case and the fact that it has space to place extra cartridges.

I’m absolutely in love with this mechanical fountain pen! The writing experience is incredibly smooth—effortless even—allowing my hand to glide across the paper with minimal pressure. Works as expected came with additional ink cartridges. Ink flow hesitant at times after a couple days of non use. Retraction is smooth . Nib fine . Pen also came with a case. I think for the cost it’s great product . I own a few other fountain pens ( kaweco and pentel) but would consider myself a beginner to the fountain pen community .The cartridge was easy to install and I have not experienced any leaks.

One of the best fountain pens one can own! Very innovative design with it not being retractable (which keeps the nib intact!) but also with the built in cover! The ink flow is a very nice grade of smooth (not clumpy) which is greatly appreciated. Only thing I can say negative about this pen is the reservoir of ink that is lacking. Too small of a cartridge for such a pen that you want to use as an EDC type of pen. Also the price point of this pen isn't too bad either!

I have several fountain pens, but none are good for carrying with me. This one doesn’t leak, the ink lasts a very long time, and it is effortless to refill. The grip is okay. It’s got a small indentation which allows you to hold it at the right angle, but could be a little more pronounced. The nib is nice. It writes fairly fine, so if you’re looking for a thicker line, maybe seek a different product. But, luckily I wanted a finer line so this thing was great!

This pen is great!!!! I love how smooth it writes, with the usual smudge proof ink of other writech products. The color is perfect, it’s a slightly orange tone of peach. A very beginner friendly fountain pen, at a great price! I’ve been using it every day for about a month and I love it. I love the case it comes in, and the extra ink cartridges as well. I think this will be a great gift for friends this year! I love mine!

This pen was very nice at first, but it has a common problem that I find occurs with certain types of fountain pens.After a while the pen starts to slowly leak ink, luckily I keep my pens in a leather pouch when I put them in my bag for this exact reason. The pen leaked ink all over the nib, which wouldn’t be much of an issue, but it then proceeded to leak ink onto and out of the cap, if it wasn’t in a case, I would have had ink all over the inside of my bag.When it wasn’t leaking, the writing speed was nice and it functioned well, but given the leaking problem, I don’t find this worth the money it costs.

Quite interesting and wonderful writing instrument. I love it. I am planning to get couple more.
