I really love this product! I have a four year old and two year old who love to mess with our light/fan switches whenever possible so this product was the perfect solution. It was easy to install and worked with the existing cover plate. I really like that no matter how hard my kids pull on this product it doesn’t open up unless you push the small button on the top. I would definitely recommend!

For those switches you don’t want turned off these are the best things ever. Also it does open so it can still be operated. Perfect for families with kids that touch every switch imaginable.

I put these on a few Decora style switches in my house after our recent remodel. They fit perfectly, are crystal clear, and keep the tiny fingers of our 4 year old grandsons from flipping the lights on, then off, then on, then off, over and over and over again! So far they haven't figured out how to open them, which we can do if we need to. I'm putting GE Cync bulbs in our lighting, and controlling them all with Alexa, and these covers keep the kids and visitors from flipping the lights off so that Alexa can no longer talk to the lights.I've tried several different switch covers for both toggles and Decora switches, and these are by far the best. I'll continue to buy these as I convert more lights to Cync.

My daughter who is 2 love love loves to turn off and on light switches. In her room she will turn off her ceiling fan and turn on her light and won’t be able to figure how to turn her fan back on because it has to be turned on from the remote. Well in the summer time her room is the hottest part of the house. Horrible I know. I tired duct taping her switch I tried clear regular tape I’ve tried hiding it with furniture and she would still get to it. So I looked on Amazon to see if there was any such thing as a switch cover and omg I found this and it’s amazing. So easy to install. Looks great. Easy to open up and use the switch if needed. Strong plastic. Great value.

These were exactly what I was looking for. We have a dual and triple gang switch that each has a home automated switch with manual control. However, occasionally we and/or a guest will hit it inadvertently. These prevent inadvertent operation of a switch. However, if you want manual control, just lift the clear cover/door and activate the switch. Hope this helps.

I bought these to deter my toddler from turning on and off her light at night. Unfortunately this product continues to break within days of installing, which ultimately defeats the purpose.
