I Give 5 stars for price and delivery, however as you have to take the supliment for a few weeks before you will notice any benefit i cant comment as yet.

Solved some of my stomache problems.

This is a review of 'Nuke Nutrition Shroom Boom Mushroom Complex Capsules x60 - Mushroom Supplement with Chaga, Codyceps, Shiitake, Maitake, Lions Mane & Reishi - Pure & Natural Mushroom Extract Blend'.This is a well priced option for anyone looking to take supplements from Changa, Corydyceps, Shiitake, Mitake, Lions Main and Reishi Mushrooms. I Found that the capsules were very easy to swallow and I felt that when I was taking this product I was contributing to my health and well being. The capsules are the normal size and don't seem to have any after taste which is great. I like that they were able to combine so many in one capsule as it makes it a lot more cost effective than buying each individually.Good quality product would definitely recommend.

I particularly like the packaging - no large bottles to stot

This supplement is currently just £5.99 for 60 capsules, making them about 10p/capsule, or 20p/day if you follow the 2-capsule serving size.The capsules contain extracts from six mushrooms which I've been taking as supplements for years, so it's great to be able to get all of these in just one supplement.While the recommendation is for just two capsules per day, I actually take 3x that much because clinical research shows higher dosages of these mushrooms is generally more efficacious for immune-boosting effects.I like that you can choose from a range of pack sizes all the way up to 365 capsules, which takes the price down to just 6p/capsule, although bearing in mind the packet recommends 2 capsules per day, I would like to see them offer a 730 capsule pack so that there's a full one year of capsules in there.The capsules are a standard size and there's no damage or spoilage that I can see, so it appears to be a good quality supplement with a good dosage at a reasonable price.

These are an interesting and powerful blend of good quality ingredients. In terms of value for money, 60 capsules for £6 isn’t bad, so 2 a day means this bag lasts a month. It’s a bit difficult to judge exactly how much of an effect these are having but I’m not having any negative effects and I’m not getting ill either.Overall I’m impressed with the quality and will continue to purchase.

I took the full 30 days of these before making up my mind and leaving a review. I honestly felt no obvious benefit to taking them. A few days i felt maybe a bit more alert and able to concentrate for a while but there’s been no difference since I stopped them either.Supplements won’t work for everyone though and does seem a decent and convenient mix of mushrooms. I’ve tried other nuke nutrition supplements and they’ve been good quality and value so as a brand I’d recommend them.
