Koia Plant-Based Protein Shake, Cacao Bean, 11 Fl Oz (Pack of 12)

These are my favorite protein shakes have been my go-to for years now. From a quick breakfast to a post-gym boost, they are a daily staple for me that are easy to transport, taste great, and provide ingredients and nutrition I can feel good about. When I get busy, these keep my blood sugar stable and my stomach satisfied. When I'm nauseous due to sickness or migraine, these calm my stomach while getting me much-needed nutrition without having to eat. I lived off of these shakes when suffering from morning sickness while pregnant then drank them nightly while breastfeeding to keep up my calories and energy. These taste similar to the cold version sold in stores like Publix, but I actually find these shelf-stable ones smoother and I don't have to worry about them going bad. I do recommend chilling before drinking as they are more enjoyable ice-cold, reminding me of a super creamy chocolate milk, but I'll also drink over ice if I run out in the fridge. I love that they are dairy and gluten free fitting multiple dietary restrictions. I have them on autoship so I never run out and have recommended them to dozens of people. Thank you Koia!

I’ve recently made the switch to an all plant-based diet, and one of the things I’ve been having the most fun with is discovering plant-based products that actually taste GOOD. 🌱🤎 I’ve tried quite a few different brands, from products you can easily find at the grocery store to some of the more specialty wellness and retail brands, so I’ve definitely developed a preference for what works for me. This one has quickly become a favorite! The consistency is incredibly smooth and creamy, and it genuinely tastes like a chocolate milkshake without that overly chalky or gritty texture that some plant-based protein drinks can have. 🙌🏼

These are my favorite! I like that they don’t have stevia like everything else. I also like the fiber content. They taste great and are easy on my stomach. A little pricey though.

I normally detest protein drinks because they taste dry and chalky. Koia has a milkshake-like taste that I love!

The product itself is a 10/10! SO good, low sugar but still sweet enough, smooth and creamy without any grittiness or weird aftertaste. I could drink these every day. And they have a bunch of flavors at whole foods if you wanna try a single first. I tried the OWYN ones because the price was better but they had a terrible aftertaste and I could barely finish the pack. The only reason for 4 stars is that they keep increasing the price and I had issues with both shipments- 1st one had a busted shake and 2nd one came with 11 instead of 12. I did get appropriately refunded but the quality control is questionable.

Great product that uses excellent ingredients! After having one of these nutritious shakes, I felt full for about 3 hours! My husband noticed a box of them in our fridge and started drinking them too. Now, he is sold! Thanks for making a shake that delivers what it promises!
