Stire frequently so they don't' get lumpy
The Sago pearls are great, I boiled 6 cups of water then I added 1 cup and 1/2 of sago and let it boil for until they become crystal, stir to separate the pearls and don't get lumpy, then turn off stove and let it simmer for another 15 minutes, then rinse very well! they were great I made strawberries Sago so good great product I will buy it again!!

What in the world is this, actually?
This item is tagged as "boba" but is in fact not. It is thickening agent (like cornstarch) that dissolves almost instantly. Extremely disappointed.
