Used two days now. I have another mini saw. Personally, I prefer this saw. More built in conveniences and seems to work better versus other mini saw.

This product arrived as described, well packaged, and on time.I was optimistically unsure when ordering this item, as my last one went out mid-use and admittedly this is a brand with which I am unfamiliar. I found it appealing for several reasons: the extra battery, goggles (nice!), gloves (helpful!), an extra chain, and the storage bag. (There is more included in the box!) I also liked that it is lightweight (approx. 2 pounds) and cordless, has an automatic safety lock, and comes with a 12 month warranty. My only con would be that the battery does not have a long life before requiring a charge. Having the extra battery is awesome in this instance, so I cannot complain much.It cranked without issue and I was able to trim small branches and hedges with ease. The cuts were clean and it was easy to use.I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this product, as I generally tend to stick with more well-known brands in this arena. For the value and quality of the product and its performance, I would buy this product again. Recommended.

You're going to need a cap ...because wood will be flying everywhere

This chain saw comes with 2 21 V batteries, gloves, googles, chain saw, power cords and oil. I desperately needed this to do some clean up in my back yard. It was easy to assemble--battery came already charged, and I was ready to go in a matter of minutes. The one battery lasted for about 35-40 minutes before it died and I had to change it out. The chain did slip off and my husband had to put it back on for me, but that was after heavy use on some thicker branches. This could not handle anything over 4" in diameter but made quick work of all those smaller branches and weed trees growing along my fence line. In the past I'd have attacked these with clippers, but this is so much faster and easier. It has safety on it so you have to press a button before pulling the on switch. MY only problem was that sometimes I had to continue to hold both to get it to work, but that's a minor thing. Overall, very good, well-made product.
