Great product with great customer service
Wasn't expecting much when I ordered this as I have ordered cheaper chargers in the past before but I was surprised with what came in the box. The cable is nice thick cable and the box feels solid. It even came with a wall mount and a cable holder with a slot to put the handle. I always 3d print these holders so this was nice to have something to put up. I initially had an issue with the button not responding to open the charge port. The company was very quick about responding. They replaced the unit within a few days for me. Definitely impressed.

Didn’t last as long as I thought it would.
We started using this charger for my wife’s Model Y on September 10th and yesterday October 4th it stopped charging. My wife did the usual routine of plugging in the car when she got home. While we were having dinner, we notice the light flicker off and on really fast. 2/3 mins later I get a notification on my phone that the charger is not plugged into the car all the way. I go into the garage to check the charger. It is plugged in all the way but the info screen of the mobile charger is just blinking white and black and not charging my car. I unplugged the seguma charger for my Tesla and the wall. When I plugged the seguma back into the wall the screen now just blinks black and white. I think it’s bricked. Unfortunately my return window for this product has lapsed. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing this.

Excellent Product so far.
Bought it as a backup charger for our vacation property. There are no Tesla charging stations within 45 miles of us. Used it so far 3 times and works great. Time will be the telling point

Much heavier duty than tesla mobile charger!
I’ve been using it for two days and the cord is not only longer to spread heat, but also just thicker. I charge in a climate controlled garage and the mobile charger would still overheat in a 75 degree room. No problems with this one so far.

Excellent value / quality for price - ambient heat temp sensitive
All components are well made, display is awesome, car plug is sturdy. Long cord is also great.Ambient heat sensor cuts off way before a Tesla branded charger. This unit will not support higher temp outdoor charging without going into heat overload. I live in AZ and had to relocate my exterior plug into an indoor area for my Tesla that is charged outdoors. I kept the charger out of direct sun in 100 degree shade and it shut off almost immediately.

Keeps track of wattage used
The charger fits any Tesla without the use of an adapter. I have been able to charge at 22kw and fully charge from 60% to 100% in 3 hours. I have a 2023 model 3 without the duel battery.

Good EV Charger, But I Had Some Minor Concerns
What’s Included:- The charger comes stored in a nylon storage case with a charge control module mount, NACS handle mount, installation screws & anchors as well as a user manual.First Impressions/Use:Documentation is a bit sparse. The device is IP66 rated, so it should be able to handle rain/splashing of water. It has thick heavy gauge wiring allowing it to handle more power, but the thicker material is also less flexible, so will have to see how flexible it is in cold weather.Power cord from outlet to control module is fairly short at only 1ft, would have preferred a longer cord so that I’d be able to mount anywhere vs right below the outlet. With the charger plugged into the outlet but not into the car, it shows the relative temp (in °F), amperage set at, voltage, current Amp draw, kW, kWh, total charge time & charger status. When plugged into the car, the car has a schedule programmed based on cost of electricity. With the factory charger, it can be left plugged into the outlet and car and it won’t charge until the scheduled times. The weekends don’t have this cost limitation schedule, so it should automatically charge once plugged in, but I found charging needed to be initiated from the car to start charging.Once the charging started the display shows the power throughput which wasn’t a 100% match with the throughput on the car console. The charger provided slightly more accurate/precise data in regards to amps & kW/kWh.The LED on the charging port blinks green when charging.Once charging completed (to the set 60%) the car stopped drawing power, and the charger showed Fully Charged with the length of charge and amount of electricity used. I found that the charger was at approx. 23°C/75°F and when charging was completed, the temp of the charger showed 50°C/123°F.Looking at the final results on the charger vs the car and the information is fairly correct, but the charger did provide more precise charging info. When removing the charging handle from the car, it seemed tighter and more difficult to remove. Not sure if it was from heat expansion or if it just needs to be “broken in”, but the factory handle didn’t have this issue.Pros:- Max Amperage can be set on the charger from 10/16/20/24/32.- Thick gauge cable allowing it to handle higher power.- Informative display showing up to 2 decimal places to provide more precise data.- Includes a charging module mount as well as separate mount for the charging handle/loose cable to keep things organized.- Has a NACS connector which makes connecting to a Tesla easier without the need for an adapter.Cons:- The cord length from the plug to the charger module is too short/too long. It’s too short so you can’t mount the module anywhere easily without putting harsh bends on the cord. At the same time, it’s too long as the outlet is at approx. 5ft above ground, plugging in the charger now puts the module 1ft lower and makes it very difficult to see the screen to check on the status. Either a longer cord should have been used or the plug should have been built right on the back of the charger so that it’s right at the level your outlet is set at, probably around the 5ft mark.- Charging handle was a bit tighter to remove than the stock after charging, not sure if it expanded due to the heat or if it just needs to be “broken in”.- Doesn’t auto start charging if it falls within the cars charging schedule, needs to be started manually from the car.- Thicker gauge cable may become more rigid in cold weather, but that still needs to be seenFinal Impression:Overall, the SEGUMA Level 2 32A EV Charger with NACS worked well. It’s fairly easy to use and worked perfectly on a 2022 Tesla Model 3. My only concerns were with the charging handle being a bit tight when removing after charging as well as the length of that cord could have been longer/shorter based on my comments in the CONS section. These issues were not deal breakers as the charger worked well. At the time of this review, the charger was priced at $299.99 with an available $40 off coupon.

Very good home charger
This Level 2 charger is working very well as my home charger for my Tesla MS. Rated to support 10, 16, 20, 24 and 32Amp max, it can charge at about the same speed as the commercially available 32A charging stations around my home location, which is just perfect for overnight charging. The charger does warm up quite a bit, hitting around 125F after about 2 hrs of charging with the Tesla battery started at 10%.The material of the charger is heavy duty, thick and a quite stiff. The 25-foot cable gives flexibility for those that needs it, but for me, it's overkill due because I installed the charger inside my garage with my car parked only a few feet away. While it's rated to work down to -22C, this wouldn't be tested for me as I have it installed inside the garage. One design aspect that I like very much is the integrated dynamic TFT display on the wall module, with very easily readable real-time info at a glance. One minor issue is that the plug is very tight plugging into and pullilng out of my Tesla's charging port, and after a month of continuous use, it still hasn't loosen a bit. It takes quite a lot of force, and my partner's weak hands had trouble with this sometimes.

This thing is great, its well made, charges well, and is super easy to get set up.Just had to make sure I had the right outlet for it so I wouldn't overload my breaker.Overall I am happy with it.
