Very crunchy and delicious
This review is for the item described as “Big Night In Pickled Onion Multipack | Crisps Share Bags | Vegan Friendly Snacks | 8 x 150g Bags”.These crisps came in perfect condition, with a BBE date 7 months after the date of delivery. I expected them to be good when I saw on the packet that they are made by Taylor crisps (formerly Mackies), a Scottish brand, and they didn’t disappoint. All brands of pickled onion flavour, as with salt and vinegar and prawn cocktail flavours, are generally pretty acidic and I find I can’t eat too many of them before my mouth starts feeling a little tender but that just stops me binging on the whole packet. This brand is no exception - a serving size of 30g or so is absolutely fine. These crisps are a traditional straight cut, sliced thin compared to crinkle cut or the hand cooked type, lightly fried to a pale golden colour, and very crunchy and fresh tasting. Utterly delicious.

Lovely and hot!
I've never heard of this brand before, but can confirm these crisps are packing in flavour. Shape wise, they're standard thin crisps, in the vain of Walkers. Crispy, easy to eat, with plenty in the bag. In terms of flavour, these have quite a spicy kick in the chilli, which compliments the sweetness really well. They're not overbearingly hot, but if you can't handle the heat, then you're better trying a different flavour. I personally love them. Very moorish. Half the bag was gone before I knew it. Very happy to recommend these for crisp lovers who like a little extra kick.

They're pretty good
I am, as one might say, a crisp connoisseur (not really but I genuinely love every flavour of crisps and eat a lot of them). So when I seen these, I did some research and found these are one of those "off-brand" "cheap" crisps you might find in some cheaper shops, but it was generally established that these were nice. When I tried them, I can definitely see these are "cheap" - the reason I quote cheap is because the cost is not cheap by any means, but they have tell-tell signs of being cheap crisps. For example, my cheese and onion flavour was very bland, you can taste the cheese and onion flavour, but by no means was it comparable to other brands. I personally don't mind the bland flavour, it's a softened version of cheese and onion flavouring and I sometimes prefer to eat crisps like that. But I can completely see from the current price, that weak flavouring is unacceptable. Now onto the crunch, these crisps were actually shocking in terms of crunch. Usually with cheaply made crisps you'd expect a poor crunch - sometimes even almost a stale-like crunch, but these didn't have that. In fact, I genuinely think these are crunchier than crisps such as Walkers/other branded crisps. In my opinion, the crunchiness of these crisps actually set them above a lot of other brand crisps. In terms of price and flavour, versus what you get, I think if these were reduced in price by about 25% I could see myself buying these regularly, for me, the flavour is lacking but it's made up for with the crunch of the crisps. But at its current pricing, I cannot reasonably convince myself to buy these often.

Big on flavour - Thai sweet chilli
I'm going to completely ignore the price here, because food price is fluctuant, and everyone has different perspectives on what is worth it in the market.I will comment only on The flavour and texture of the crisps. They are extremely crunchy, not soft like your typical supermarket crisps, but these are hard, with a really hard snap when you bite into them. Each crisp is quite large, approximately the largest ones that you get from the supermarket. The flavour is very hot, surprisingly so. Anyone that has a love for hot crisps will enjoy these. They have a proper sharp tingle initially, but no after taste so it makes them very moorish and it's very easy to sit through the whole bag. Each bag is quite large, and all of the weight is claimed as 150 g, I have no real way of knowing if this is accurate or not.I am pleased by the sent, they have a very mild, non-pungent, not repulsive smell. The intensity is purely from the flavour. These are perfect share bags, ideal to have between you and your partner for a movie night. I possibly would stretch this to three people maximum. They are definitely my flavour preference, and I enjoyed them thoroughly.

Big bags, lovely crisps
These are not only big bags of crisps, they're also filled to the top, unlike most crisps these days that seem to be half empty before you've even opened them. They're also extremely nice. I ordered the pickled onion flavour, and the flavouring is nice and strong (but not overpowering), and very true to how pickled onion should taste. These are perfect for sharing during movie nights, or for buffets. Given that there are over 750 calories per pack, I'll probably try and avoid snacking on these too often, though!

Great flavour and very moreish
These are definitely not going to last long in my house as everyone loves the flavour. I do think they need a little more kick being sweet chilli flavour, however as they're quite mild it means my daughter likes them as well. The 150g bags are quite large and are meant for sharing or putting some in a sealed box to return to later......yeah right, once I open a packet I devour the lot in one sitting and then feel guilty over how piggish I've been. You don't get any bad or burnt crisps as you often find in large packets and they're all a decent size with a great crunch. Our diets are out the window, especially as I'm ordering another flavour to try! Highly recommended.

Lovely sharing bags, great to snack on
These crisps are lovely. In texture they are similar to the well known big brand, they have a nice crunch to them. The flavour of prawn cocktail is very strong and the spice add something extra that you don't get on other prawn cocktail crisps. The spice is slightly delayed so you are left with a pleasant tingle as an after taste. There are plenty of packets in the box and each bag is sharing size so these will certainly last me a while.Highly recommend this for anyone organising a large event/party.
