I got this to do as an ad on to another prosthesis that I already have That is a tad bit too small. I thought that the round shape of it would blend nicely with the other one and I was right. I wear it underneath the other prostitutes. Just to push it out a little bit more and make it match the other side. And it has been very effective. The case in around it is about average thickness to the other ones. I have, it's not super thick or not. Super thin most likely it will start to rip within about a year. But I wear it all the time. So it's kind of to be expected.
