The taste is pretty good. You can taste the chocolate flavor. The protein shake is not thick or chalky. Best part is the amount of protein in grams compared to other protein shakes. The ingredients are alot cleaner than most brands. I recommend this protein shake brand. I will be ordering more soon.

Delicious, nutritious, and satisfying

I’ve been trying to find a good protein shake that tastes great and works well for my on-the-go days, and the Orgain 30g High Protein Shake in Chocolate Fudge has quickly become a favorite. The chocolate fudge flavor is honestly really enjoyable, not chalky or overly sweet like some protein shakes I've tried. It feels more like a treat than a supplement, which makes it easy to drink regularly. Each bottle packs a solid 30 grams of protein, which really helps keep me full and supports my workouts. I also like that it has BCAAs included — I’ve noticed my recovery feels better on days I have this after exercise. The low sugar content is another big plus for me since I’m watching my sugar intake. I appreciate that it’s gluten-free and doesn’t have any artificial flavors or sucralose, which is important for me to avoid. The bottles are the perfect size to toss in my bag for work or the gym, so it’s convenient when I don’t have time to prep something. The only downside is that it’s a bit pricier than some other shakes I’ve seen. But for the taste and ingredients, I think it’s worth it. Sometimes it’s hard to find in stock too, so I keep an eye out to grab some when it’s available. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this shake if you want something tasty, filling, and easy to take with you. It’s become my go-to whenever I need a quick protein boost.

Love this protein great tasting and gives me lots of protein

Taste is fair, chocolatey start with leaves an aftertaste, overall OK. Terrible design though, I try to open the cap and the whole stupid bottle just spins around under the label. I have to cut the label off to be able to get the cap off. They should add a few drops of glue under the label.

Getting protein from real whole food is always best - HOWEVER life happens and sometimes you need a convenient option like this ready-to-drink (RTD) shelf-stable shake from Orgain. Most of the RTD protein shakes on the market are chemical concoctions full of crap ingredients like sugar or HFCS, or if sugar-free, have harmful artificial sweeteners that kill good gut bacteria and can result in micro-biome imbalances that could contribute to a multitude of health issues. This shake is the best RTD, low sugar/keto-friendly, clean ingredient option I have found that is readily available via either warehouse stores or big box retailers as well as Amazon. It also tastes great! Theres no chalky-ness, separation or weird aftertaste; and you can even make a Frosty-like frozen treat if you let it get nearly frozen solid in the container (then open the flaps and cut the top off instead of using the twist cap), or pour into a Ninja Creami pint container and freeze solid then spin/respin in the Ninja Creami. So good! I use this myself when I need a quick/convenient protein boost, and also buy them for my elderly father in long-term care since it’s a much healthier option than the Boost or Ensure junk options available from the facility. It’s also a nice shelf-stable option to keep on hand in case of emergencies to ensure you and your family will get high-quality, easily absorbed protein that requires no heating or refrigeration (unopened) in the event of a power outage. I even drop-shipped a couple cases to my brother in SC after Hurricane Helene knocked his power out for a week!

I have these set up for subscribe and save and I love it! They are great additions to a meal but I prefer them post-workout or part of my breakfast. They even go great in coffee as a creamer. The taste is delicious and they are smooth texture, best served cold. You can take them on the go.
