No matter how many times I open a memory foam product, I am always amazed at how it expands from a teeny tiny package to full-size pillowy goodness, and this contoured cervical pillow is no exception! This thing is wonderful. In the past I would roll up a blanket or towel to put under my neck while trying to relax in my recliner, because the built in headrest never quite hits me right and lounging with nothing under my head isn't comfy enough for a tv binge-watch. And if I happened to doze off with nothing under my neck? Forget it, I would be regretting that for days afterwards.The blanket solution worked well, but it got pretty bulky, and my family liked to accuse me of hoarding all the blankets. Apparently needing a "head blanket" as well as a lap blanket just isn't a thing to normal people. And I'm fine with that now, because I have this neck roll pillow instead, and it's far more comfortable than any blanket or towel or other pillow I've tried.The Cervical Neck Roll Memory Foam Bolster fits under my head and conforms to support my head and neck perfectly. I can turn my head left or right and still be supported, and unlike with a U-shaped pillow, I don't feel like the edges are going to strangle me any time I move. It's so much easier to watch tv in comfort or even doze off in my recliner for a catnap without regretting it the next day/week/month.I will say the white bolster is pretty awful to keep clean. I need to look into getting some other kind of cover for it, because the white seems to stay a bit dingy. Thankfully the cover can be removed for washing, so it's pretty easy to clean it often. I just wish I'd had one sooner!

This roll is made out of memory foam so it is not as firm as some of the other rolls I have. I tend to get headaches from the others from time to time so I thought this would be a good alternative. It is a little soft for my tastes but IT works well If I need to travel. The cover is removable and the washable too.

This is a nice cervical memory foam neck pillow that one can use for temporary neck pain relief.I laid my head on it for an hour just to test it and I liked the comfort of the memory foam and the support I received around my neck.The circular circumference is good enough where the curve of your neck is supported with the pillow providing good support and temporary relief.I will use this for naps that I take and allow the pillow to support and relieve my neck pain.

This pillow is going to take some getting used to. It does adjust neck posture. This is uncomfortable if there are problems this addresses, but that's unavoidable when rebuilding those muscles, as far as I know.The memory foam makes it adjust to your neck very easily. It actually provides support, but less than you might expect. It seems to make my neck tired but more flexible, which is what I was expecting and, frankly, need from this thing. It's working.(It also came smelling a bit like pineapple and coconut, which I don't understand but also don't mind. Not sure why that is, though.)

This is a great neck pillow for anyone who has cervical issues. The memory foam is great, and it goes back to its normal form after a few minutes.

This Neck Roll Pillow is very firm.My other neck pillows not only support the neck, they also support the head. The pressure would be distributed among a broader area. This neck roll pillow contacts only the neck. I cannot get comfortable with this roll pillow resting my neck on it.If you like this type of neck roll pillow, this one is well made. While I don’t plan to use this but family members are already trying to claim it. Obviously, someone in the household like this.

There really isn't much to say about this pillow. It is exactly what it is described. In terms of memory foam, it is a little on the softer side and has perhaps a little more give than some might expect.
