This is a great tool for beginners or people who want to improve their push ups. Unfortunately, it is a little flimsy (when switching forms/positions on the board) as it is made of plastic.

I purchased this to add to our home gym equipment and this will be a go to on my upper body days. I like how you can work triceps, back, and shoulders just by moving the handles. I can only do about 3 regular pushups and then I move to my knees but I am going to use this to challenge myself each week! If you've been wanting to work on your push ups or challenge yourself I highly recommend this push up board!

As I have been trying to grow my upper chest, the Zenora pushup board has done wonders! It’s simple yet effective design helps me to grow my upper body daily by its various board positions. I’ve tried other brands and they all just felt super cheap. This one I can tell will last a very long time and is very flexible.

I was looking for something that was small and portable so that friends could borrow. This definitely does the trick, it's very sturdy and made of thick plastic material. definitely keep this as an option while browsing. Everything you see in the pictures is how it comes, you can stack the boards on each other and the handles on top of that for easy storage. Great product!
