Great for women who hate short gussets
I've been trying to no avail to find womens underwear for over 10 years that doesn't have a gusset so short the seam falls right on my sensitive female anatomy and causes pain. The next step was to start sewing my own but I figured I'd try men's bikinis first. Glad I did! Sure, there's no gusset at all but there's no uncomfortable seem grating on my bits. I got a size smaller than the measurements suggested, because male sizing is different. I have 36“ hips but I got the small which claims 30". Perhaps that's the waist number. The small fits pretty well and thankfully doesn't have a baggy area look for what would be for male equipment. Ymmv for larger bodies, but I'm satisfied.

Fun and sexy but runs slightly large
Size runs a bit large, but other than that, great value for money. I wish there has been a smaller size available. Sexy looks thanks to the range style.
